Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ok rental. This cabin was just “ok”. It was roomy enough and the beds were very comfortable. There were a couple of things that were disappointing. There was no internet service as advertised. My traveling companion needed WiFi for his business of being responsible for 32 eighteen wheelers on the road. Maintenance was there twice. No luck. Also, there was a heat issue because of lack of WiFi but that was resolved. The ice maker did not work even tho a bag of ice was supplied in the freezer. I also felt that the cabin could be cleaner and some updates done. I will not rent this cabin again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just not relaxing experience We have stayed in the area a few times, but this time was a little different. Immediately after arriving the confusion started. On the kitchen island was a piece of paper w a different internet code of which niether worked. apparently this was for a different cabin...?? looking at my arrival email that mention brothers cove of which i knew i wasnt at..?? Why mention something irrelavent in my email? Doesnt make sence to me. Imternet was finally fixed after 3rd night. Seems trivial for a cabin retreat but.... Unfortunately due to wheather forecast we were not able to make plans until arrival becauce most activities have 0% cancellation/no change policy. So the internet was very important part of the entire week long vacation not to mention that most of the family enjoys watching personal shows via internet at night. Location.... its not an easy road getting around if not familliar w area.... once again if internet where working i would have been able to use my phone to get off the mountain. I understand about not having gps accebility but if internet was working i could have used it to ping my cell phones location in order to get of mountain more easily... so the first 3 days I got lost going into town until i could find signal... pretty stressful when considering traveling in a suburban filled w family w hopes of plans/activities. The cabin was a neat and tidy but needs to be brouht up to date. My relaxing morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking view was ruined by a very loud heat pump w loose fan. I brought to repair mans attention but nothing was done. The jet tub in cabin really isnt usuable because not enough hot water.. On our last night we couldnt access cabin after a long day of activities due to keycode not working for an hour.... ugh there should be a back up key somewhere on property...The price of the cabin was very reasonable but next time i'll spend more money in hopes to aviod same problems.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Frozen! We visited LeConte Nirvana the last week of 2017 and nearly froze. The cabin froze up twice and we nearly lost our Christmas vacation gift to our family, but Coleen at Natural Retreats made it great again. The roads to the cabin also iced over and we had to walk 2 miles in 10 degree weather to our cabin. We considered the trip a great adventure even though we had troubles. We would book with Natural Retreats again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful view, awesome cabin We visited the third week in October. We had a great time, the cabin is beautiful and the view Mt. LaConte from the front porch even more so. Cell phone service not the best but then that made the trip even better in our eyes because we sat and had conversations! LOL. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this cabin and Natural Retreats to everyone. God bless you and thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful cabin and views This was our 4th vacation to the smoky mountains and again we were not disappointed. The cabin was wonderful and we enjoyed the spacious porches and the relaxing hot tub & jacuzzi. The decor and amenities made us feel quite at home and we enjoyed our family time playing games and the kids had fun playing basketball outside. The road was a little scary but the cabin was worth it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Family Thanksgiving Everything was just fine. Clean, in good order, kitchen well equipped. The cabin temperature was a little on the warm side on the upstairs rooms. The bathroom towels could be a larger standard size.
