Relax by the lake with plenty of room for a larger group at this private three-cottage property. Property 425 is a perfect Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront location in Alton Bay for the group that wants to vacation together, but still have “their own space.” Enjoy the nice grassy lawn area with picnic tables where everyone can sit down together. The private compound has two docks and two private sandy beaches with gradual access into the lake. Each of the cottages have small screen porches with lovely lake views and an open concept living and dining area with a small fully equipped kitchen. All have small flat screen TV’s with a DVD player and a window AC unit in the living room.

All of the cottages have window AC units in the living rooms, small flat screen TVs with DVD players, small gas stoves. There is a nice grassy yard, a gas grill, picnic tables, two docks - max 20 ft boats, two sandy beaches and a canoe available for use.

Recently renovated two bedroom/one bathroom (3/4) cottage. Has a small screen porch and open living room, dining area, and small kitchen. BR 1 – full bed, BR 2 – full bed, and additional sleeping on a sleep sofa in the living room.
