The main living area of the home features an open floor-plan with cathedral ceilings, and a three-season sun-room with 180-degree views of the water. The kitchen on this level is very well-equipped with stainless-steel appliances, an island for meal prep, and a dining area with seating for six. There is an over-sized slider off the dining area with access to a deck, as well as a lower-level patio. Guests can enjoy watching their favorite shows on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living room with seating for six. There is a also spacious, queen-sized bedroom on the main level, in addition to a 3/4 bath and laundry room.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the upper and lower levels, respectively.
