Lake Winnisquam - Waterfront - 377

Waterfront home perfect for a relaxing family getaway

Down the covered bridge driveway is a newly remodeled, waterfront home on Lake Winnisquam waiting to welcome you to your vacation. With a waterside deck and 20ft dock, Property 377 allows you to take in the beautiful views of the lake while playing games on the grassy yard or grilling out on the gas grill. Take it inside at night to relax together in the living room or watch TV in the den. There are three bedrooms, all on the upper level. A master bedroom with a king bed, walk-in closet, and an attached full bath. You can also sit and relax on your own private deck sipping your morning coffee or watching the stars at night. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen. There is also a ¾ bathroom off the hallway on the upper level and main level. Located in a neighborhood, great for walking or riding your bike but not far from the many restaurants the Lakes Region has to offer in Meredith, Laconia, Tilton and Belmont. We apologize, but this home is not pet friendly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful waterfront retreat Our family's trip to Lake Winnisquam in August 2019 was wonderful, in large part due to this property. The house itself is just as advertised - the photos don't lie. There are multiple decks with great furniture, and the house is nestled into a very private setting, although there are neighbors close by. The views from inside and outside were spectacular. It's a steep descent down a covered driveway to the property. The property and the house are immaculate. We had 3 adults and 2 children and the amount of space was more than ample. We didn't even use the den, which is a second living area downstairs. It was great to have a washer and dryer. In addition, there were many extras that we didn't expect - some coffee pods for the Keurig, toilet paper, paper towel, napkins, trash bags, and a very stocked kitchen. Everything you need for a fun week at the lake! There were even board games to play, a lighter for the fire pit, a stash of rubber bands and pens, and scissors to use if needed. The only things that we found lacking were: the bath towels were pretty skimpy (although there were plenty provided), and there weren't any reading lamps in the 2 guest bedrooms. We highly recommend this property and would love to go back sometime.
