Classic and Cozy Mammoth Condo with Wifi and hot tub access
An upgraded townhouse with vintage ski decor and log accents, this roomy 1-bedroom condo + loft offers all the amenities of a high-end condo with the inviting atmosphere of a cozy ski lodge.
High ceilings and wood-paneled walls welcome you to a spacious living area with hardwood floors, classic ski art and a wood-burning, river rock fireplace. A full-length sleeper sofa and twin armchairs frame a log coffee table and large, flat-screen TV, offering a cozy place to gather after a day on the slopes. There is also a Dell docking station for your laptop, should you need to work during your stay.
In the dining area, a handcrafted sleigh and antique snowshoes hang above a six-seat formal dining table. Sliding glass doors allow light to flood the living and dining areas, with a private furnished deck just outside. A fully-equipped kitchen invites home-cooked meals with high-end appliances. A crock pot and Keurig coffee maker are some of the additional perks in the kitchen.
Just down the hall is a full bedroom, styled in classic mountain decor with a king-sized bed and twin nightstands. From the living area , access a cozy, carpeted loft with a flat-screen TV and en-suite bath features two additional queen beds, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. A second full bathroom downstairs with a private washer and dryer provides added convenience.
As guests of Bigwood, you’ll enjoy access to the community hot tub, summer-use pool and BBQ grill, as well as a shared, one-car garage. Please note that the garage can accommodate up to a full-size SUV (i.e., Tahoe) but it will be a tight squeeze. There is outdoor parking along Majestic Pines as well. This home is also conveniently located near Eagle Lodge on the yellow shuttle route for easy access to the slopes and entire town. Whether you choose to visit Mammoth for the skiing, hiking, biking or simply the lively town events, Bigwood 30 is an ideal home for year-round adventures.
Please be advised that this home does not have central air conditioning but does have a portable air conditioning unit in the loft area during the summer months. This is also a top unit which requires navigating approximately 30 stair steps but provides views of the Sherwin Mountain Range you don't see from the lower units.

I like it, it was nice clean and cozy the view was great. only thing we had to look for the parking garage which wasn’t located In same building also the kitchen sink was clogged up I hope they fixed that. Otherwise good.

This was such a warm and cozy townhouse. All the lake and snow resort decor throughout the home was so inviting. The view from the third floor was beautiful. The two full baths were remodeled so nicely. The master bedroom was very comfortable. Our teenage kids loved the big loft, each with their own queen bed. Our favorite was the living room with a comfy couch to relax and watch TV together after a long day at the ski resort. It truly fit our family of four perfectly.
The only downside was that the stairs up to the third floor of this townhouse were VERY strange. You went up but then down and then up to get to the front door. One day, I actually tripped and fell to the floor from missing one of these strange one steppers. So, be careful!
Lastly, we’d definitely stay here again. We absolutely loved the location …between the village and Canyon Lodge. And having our own garage spot was sure a perk. No scrapping snow off our windshield.

Great stay! Close to town, quiet unit and super clean. We left one of our jackets and they called 30 minutes after checkout! We’d already left but they mailed it and it came 2 days later. Awesome communication, great service. So nice having a usable garage with all that snow.

My family of four loved this condo! Super stylish, comfortable and functional. Every part of the house other than the kitchen appears recently renovated, though kitchen is fully stocked and usable. Spa like bathrooms made it really feel like a vacation! Heated pool, jacuzzi and outdoor grill were a bonus.

Get away and enjoy the views!
Our family stayed here over the Christmas / New Year holiday. It was perfect for our family with a 9 and 13 year old. They loved having their own place in the upstairs loft including their own bathroom and we loved the king bed in our own room. The condo had a lot of nice touches including games (fun version of Monopoly for National Parks), a stocked Keurig coffee maker, DirecTV, and subscriptions to major streaming services such as Amazon , Pandora and Netflix. The latter was a nice touch as we binged Christmas shows after a day on the slopes. Oh! and the garage parking is priceless. A small storm hit and while people were scraping snow and ice off their car we just pulled out and took off! The kitchen is fully stocked and you can tell the owners enjoy cooking. It was so nice to have a crock pot as well and dump in a bunch of ingredients and hit the slopes and have diner waiting. We were within a 5-7 minute walk to Eagle Lodge as well as the village and there is a bus stop just at the top of the street. The complex is located on a cul de sac right by the golf course and it was nice to “get away” from all the people at the end of the day. Enjoyed drinks on the balcony with great views of the Sherwin Mountain range and FANTASTIC star gazing at night. Such great memories made and we’ve already booked our next stay.

The Perfect Mammoth Mountain Getaway
Our family stayed at Bigwood 30 in July 2018. As soon as we walked through the door, we truly felt at home. The home was very clean and decorated beautifully. After spending our days mountain biking and hiking, it was wonderful to come back to the condo and unwind on the patio. Our two boys loved making new friends at the pool. We loved being so close to the Village and other local spots. We are looking forward to our next Mammoth trip and staying at Bigwood 30 again!
