Ideal for small groups and families, this 3-bedroom + den retreat has two covered decks, a separate balcony and an open-concept layout with seamless flow between rooms. The living area, styled in modern alpine décor, is a great place to gather for cozy nights on the sectional sofa or gather around the 8-seat dining table for a game of cards. The living area flows into a separate den with a welcoming seating area and a SmartTV with a soundbar. Unwind after a day of exploring and play game of darts or fire up the gas grill on the covered deck, just off the den.

Between the dining table and four additional guests at the breakfast bar, you can comfortably host up to 12 guests for dinner. In the fully equipped kitchen you’ll find top-of-the-line appliances and all the comforts of home, including a coffee maker and blender.

This sunny room, conveniently located on the main level, sleeps up to four guests. Guests have an en-suite bathroom with a combination shower/bathtub.

The only suite on the upper level, this private room has picture windows and an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower.

A stackable washer and dryer keeps ski clothes toasty and summer gear ready for new adventures. From this home’s convenient location near the heart of town, guests can jump on the paved path leading to the Town Loop for a 20-minute stroll or easy cruiser bike ride to downtown.

The place was very clean and ready on time for our arrival. We appreciated the boxes of soaps...etc. Before our visit, I had a couple questions and easily was able to speak with someone live quickly who gave me the answers I needed. Lastly, the unit we stayed in was the nicest place we've ever rented in Mammoth and we've been going there every year for more than a decade.

Creekhouse 1321 is a beautiful place to make memories with friends and family. During my stay, I was greeted with a well-kept environment, accompanied by pristine artwork and furniture. The kitchen has appliances that will make even the most amateur of cooks feel like professional chefs. The location certainly upholds an eclectic energy throughout. Filled with games and space for bonding activities, there was no shortage of quality time with loved-ones. With the altitude change, there was always a comfortable space to relax and recharge, whether that was in the flex room, living room, bath tub, or one of the memory foam beds. I recommend this "home away from home" to anyone looking to create once-in-a-lifetime memories in the Mammoth Lakes area.

The condo was well-maintained, clean and ready for guests. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked with like-new appliances, equipment such as toasters and coffee makers, and disposables such as paper towels and started packs of shampoo and soap. We had one problem when the door lock key code did not work as we arrived. A call to the information line after working hours resulted in a quick return call with a new code. The condo was well located and with easy access to shopping, transportation and activities
