The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home welcomes guests to a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and picture windows, allowing in lots of natural light. Rich leather furniture, including a full-length sleeper sofa and loveseat, frame a charming antique coffee table, large flat-screen Smart TV, and cozy gas fireplace, creating an inviting space to gather after a day on the slopes. The great room opens to a private deck on one side with views of the Sherwin Mountains, and a rich hardwood dining table on the other, with six seats beneath a unique candle-inspired chandelier.

A modern chef’s kitchen, designed with chic decor including a faux brick accent wall, stainless steel appliances, hardwood cabinetry and granite countertops, provides a relaxing space to prepare homemade meals. Leather high-top chairs at the breakfast bar add room for the sous chef or a cozy place for morning coffee.

Conveniently located on the same floor as the living area, this home’s 3 spacious bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. The primary suite features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, picture windows and an en-suite bath with a luxurious soaking tub. In the second bedroom is a queen-sized bed and private entrance to the deck that has access to a shared bathroom. The third bedroom, ideal for kids, features a twin-over-full bunk bed with trundle and a flat-screen TV.

A private washer and dryer add convenience, as well as an additional half-bath. From your central location at Snowcreek Resort, skiing at Mammoth Mountain is less than 10 minutes away on the free shuttle, and the amenities of the Snowcreek Athletic Club, including a community hot tub, are within walking distance.

The shuttle also stops downtown for shopping, dining and entertainment. To explore the surrounding area, from Snowcreek Golf Course to the Sherwin Lakes trail network, take advantage of your private two-car garage. We loved creek house 1322. We had issue with the dryer. It made a loud screeching noise. We couldn’t wash our cloths the whole time there. Made calls NR a few times to see if the could fix the dryer. Was told Applance repair doesn’t work on weekends. Also wish the owner would provide remote for garage.

Amazing Place to Stay

My family of 6 stayed her with another family for a few days in July and it was amazing. The kids loved the amount of space in the house, how comfortable the furniture was, and the views from the outdoor balcony area. The house had everything. The beds were very comfortable (I can't remember sleeping that well away from home ever). The kitchen was fully stocked with cookery and utensils. All we had to do was bring in ingredients and it was like cooking at home. The living room area was spacious enough for all of us to do a few puzzles and play a few board games. Just flat out an amazing place to stay at Mammoth Lakes. I will definitely be back to stay in the house again in the future.

Great Place!

I stayed here for 3 nights in June 2019. The condo looks BRAND NEW and the surroundings are beautiful! With 3 bedrooms there was plenty of space for 2 families of 4 with smaller children to relax, play and have a good time. The master suite is huge and very private with a large freestanding tub. Having a separate bedroom for the kids to sleep in (instead of a loft) provided extra enjoyment for the grown ups and better sleep for all of us. The condo is close to restaurants, the golf course, park and local market and within about a mile of Eagle Lodge. I will definitely be booking this condo again when our family comes back to Mammoth.

Spacious, clean and centrally located

The Creekhouse 1322 accommodation and location exceeded my expectations. We have always stayed at the village lodge condos when visiting Mammoth in the past, but knowing they are in a desperate need for renovations we decided to stay at this brand new property. And we are very glad we did. The Creekhouse condo is spacious, brand new, clean, and close to restaurants, bars, parks…, etc. It can comfortably accommodate two families. It has very good layout with an open floor plan and bedrooms not having adjoining walls creating privacy and separations. The kitchen is well-equipped having all the necessary cooking tools to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other big pluses are a laundry room, 2-car garage, and BBQ. We will definitely stay here again!

Highly Recommended

I had the best experience staying at this condo. It's very new and modern. Most importantly it's very clean as well as extremely comfortable. It was also well equipped with kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. This is by far the best condo I've stayed in Mammoth over the past 2 decades I've been visiting. I will definitely be booking it again and I highly recommend others to do so.

World Class! Immaculate!

Stayed here 2 times and was thoroughly impressed with everything! Very comfortable and satisfied with the attention to detail with the work that went into this lovely Condo. It is a home away from home! Very convenient to eat our breakfasts, lunches, and dinner! The layout is perfect with open kitchen/dining area where whole family can enjoy one another's company. There is an area where the kids safely play outside as well! I think they had more fun playing outside then they had at the slopes! I would not hesitate to stay here again or refer friends to!

The stay was fabulous! It's beautiful and spacious with more than ample room for 2 families. Everything in the place was brand new and super clean. The layout of the place was perfect - with the 2 car garage and an open floor plan with a nice, big kitchen island next to the dinning area and living/family room. None of the bedrooms had adjoining walls so it provided a night of quiet and restful sleep. The place also had lots of lighting, windows and patio which made the place nice and bright. We made use of the fireplace and playing movies from the collection of DVDs, which the kids enjoyed very much. We love that the condo is quiet, tucked away and secluded, but so close to everything. This condo is the a perfect place for families who want a luxury stay.

I visited this home for three nights in February of 2019. First, I loved the convenient location. Just a short walk down the main driveway into Snowcreek village gets you to the tram stop to get you to the mountain. It’s located in an area where the tram is not full by the time it reaches your stop, so you don’t have to worry about driving to get to the slopes. The home is very spacious. It easily accommodated our party of 10. I really loved the open layout of this condo. From the open main living area and the high vaulted ceilings, it created an inviting area to relax and hang out with family and friends, without ever feeling cramped. The bedrooms are all spacious and very well appointed. From the comfortable beds and TV’s in all bedrooms, I felt at home staying in this place. This place is also equipped with cable and fast WiFi. We were able to concurrently stream movies, surf the web and play games without any slow down in the internet. They also have a 2 car garage, which means no scraping ice or digging out of snow if you are fortunate enough to get snow during your stay. When we come back to Mammoth, we will DEFINITELY be staying here again, if we are fortunate enough to be able to book this place.
