Creekhouse 1380 has been designed for comfort and convenience. The first floor has two bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, 43” TV and shower, and opens to a private covered patio with outdoor seating to enjoy the mountain views. The second guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with a shower/bathtub bathroom. Top-down bottom-up shades over the large windows simultaneously provide for light and privacy. The first floor also houses the laundry room with a stacked washer dryer so you can minimize packing. The attached garage has parking for two cars and bike and ski/snowboard racks. A 240 V outlet for electric vehicle charging is also available.

The second floor is the main living space of the townhouse. It is an open concept space featuring a vaulted ceiling living area with a 70” TV, ceiling fan and remote-controlled fireplace. The sectional couch includes a fold-out queen sofa bed. Large windows from this corner unit allow plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the mountains. Enjoy a cozy evening watching a movie or in front of the fireplace with our library of books and games.

The cook’s kitchen is fully equipped with settings for 12, both drip and Nespresso (Original Line) coffee makers, electric hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and Instant Pot. The dining table has seating for 8 with 4 additional spots at the counter. Or enjoy al fresco dining on the covered patio that seats 4. A large propane grill and tools are available for your grilling needs.

The primary bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed, 58” TV, desk and a large dual-sink bathroom, shower, and walk-in-closet. Top-down bottom-up shades allow for outside light and privacy in this tastefully appointed private retreat.

Creekhouse 1380 includes modern conveniences such as high-speed Internet, bedside charging ports, and humidifiers and fans for your comfort. All TVs include YouTubeTv, and guests can also sign into their own streaming services. Each floor has its own thermostat for heat control. Guests have access to Creekhouse’s community clubhouse, which features a hot tub, ping pong/foosball table and basic work out equipment.

Please note that although the property does not allow pets, a dog occasionally stays there. This unit does not currently have air conditioning.
