Offering almost 2,400 square feet of living space, with vaulted ceilings, wide staircases, and your own private 2-car garage, this Sierra vacation home is roomy enough for the whole family.

This home features a comfortable king bed in the primary suite, en suite bath complete with a private sauna and large soaking tub, and a 48” flatscreen TV with Blu-Ray/DVD entertainment system. Downstairs, one bedroom has a nice queen bed, with en suite bath, and 32” flatscreen, while the other bedroom has a full size bed and a private bath. For additional sleeping, the loft provides a twin/double bunk bed, queen bed, private bath, and its own 32” flatscreen TV. Guests can relax in a spacious open living area, which offers a 60” flat screen TV and wood burning fireplace.
Amenities included are a communal hot tub just a short walk away and high-speed internet.
This property welcomes up to 2 dogs with an additional fee of $114.

We rented this home to enjoy an early Thanksgiving with our family. The home is extremely well-stocked and there were plenty of dishes, utensils, every glass you can imagine, pots and pans galore. We love the location of the home and the free shuttle stop being so close was very nice. While this home is a townhome, it feels more like a single family home with how large it is and you don't hear your neighbors at all. We will definitely be back.

This house was absolutely perfect for our stay! The best bonus was the sauna in the master bathroom. Wow!! I didn’t see that in the description, so it was a pleasant surprise. The kitchen was incredibly stocked. They had more Lodge cast iron skillets than we have at our own home. For us it was a plus, but it may not be for everyone…the downstairs bedrooms are now a king w bathroom and a queen w bathroom. There are no longer bunks downstairs. They were so thoughtful for our pup. They even had a water and food bowl under the sink to accommodate our four legged friend. The management team at Natural Retreats should be applauded. I called ahead of time with questions about the coffee makers and they promptly responded to let me know there was a drop and Keurig and when we arrived there were supplies for both. Also, it was very hot for Mammoth and they bought us oscillating fans for each bedroom. I would absolutely book with them again!!

This place was amazing!!! More than enough space for our family of 11. The house was clean and everything that was provided was to make it more convenient for us like access to the home and garage. We would definitely try and book this place again.

This house is amazing. We were a total of 12 guests and a small dog. The house was fully equipped like no other! It had everything you would need for a busy ski trip. The temperature was perfect. The kitched had soap, trash bags, even condiments, as did the restrooms. The house was spacious with huge televisions. It had excellent location!!!

Highly recommend this lovely house in Mammoth. It is the most well equipped airbnb we have ever stayed at. We loved it had anything you could ever need, endless cups, baking supplies, soaps, toilet paper… It is close to everything, so some of us would come back in between ski runs! It was so convenient! The temperature was perfect. We cannot wait to return.

The home was clean and welcoming and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal for our family of 4. We loved the open floor plan upstairs and enjoyed playing card games at the kitchen table. The pillows were so comfy and the oversized bath tub in the master bath was to die for. We had everything we needed and didn’t need to call the onsite team for anything but their communication leading into the trip and the ease of booking set the stage for what was a truly memorable family vacation.

Three families wanting to get away during COVID, loved the lodge we stayed in. We stay in mammoth 3-5 times a year and our lodge was the best place we’ve ever stayed at. Had some glitches, on the renters part, getting keys, but Natural Retreats was very helpful in giving great instructions! Would love to use them again and stay in the same lodge!!!

Great features, very clean and comfortable.
My family and I visited this home over New Years and had a very enjoyable experience. We cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen and enjoyed fires every night after skiing all day. I would highly recommend this condo!

We will definitely keep this condo on the list to rent again. Immaculately clean an decorated beautifully. The gourmet kitchen had all the necessities needed for baking, BBQing and cooking. With a dog and 2 toddlers I needed more than the rug sweeper supplied, Jordyn from the office had a vacuum at the condo within minutes!

Great house for two families
We loved the location, setting, and interior of this home. The levels are set up so that it really works for two families. Some things were missing from the home (pot holders, ironing board, iron), but NR was quick to respond and we had the items the next day. I had seen in previous reviews that things were missing or incomplete as far as amenities though, so I do hope they will routinely check to see if things listed as included amenities are indeed in the house. We would stay here again :).

A bit disappointing compared to last time.
This is our third year in a row using NR and the second year in 1111 - clearly the house is for sale, there is less utincels, only one sled as opposed to 5 last year.

We visited for our annual team summit and the place was perfect!! I do however, wish they had been a bit more responsive. I sent a couple, maybe even 3 emails about possibly checking in early and they responded once with follow up questions, then no response after that. I had also added the pet fee to my reservation because we had planned to bring a pup, then he got sick and I emailed them a week prior letting them know pup couldn't make it and asked if a refund was possible and again, absolutely no response. Some response would have been better than no response, but so it goes. Place was an absolute beauty and very clean. Also conveniently located to dt mammoth, rental shops and grocery stores. Would recommend it, they just need to be better at responding to their emails; and as long as you don't have follow questions after your booking.
P.S. if you book through VRBO, you'll be hit with an unexpected fee. So beware. Book directly through natural retreats and you may be able to avoid it. I asked about that too and they asked me to follow up directly through VRBO

Well stocked home
We had a great time. The place was clean and well stocked with nice pots and pans, high end dishes and all the added extras you would find at home. Our only complaint was the fire sprinkler system alarm would ringing 24 hours a day non stop and we had to go sikence the alarm in an outside closet room over and over again to make it stop, it would have to be reset every few hours. Was very annoying, especially at night.
