Every one at the company were really helpful and when the first rental came off the market your company offered us a replacement without any issues. Also great follow ups and reminder before, during and after our stay. Excellent service all around.

Great overall stay. The check in/getting keys process could have been better (Arrival email didn’t have a code needed to get the key out of the secured area, then, after about three calls to people’s voicemail, I got lucky and got a live person, who looked into it, and suggested we just look in the key drop-off mailbox. Eureka!), but overall, our stay was excellent and the unit was immaculate and very nicely appointed in the kitchen (not like some AirBnB and VRBO’s that were cleaned out in the kitchen, not even having salt and pepper).
We’ll definitely rent again with Natural Retreats.
