For our homeowners, we are on-hand around the clock and ready to serve—from conducting routine maintenance and security checks to offering immediate assistance whenever and wherever needed. In-House Concerige
We serve as your local hosts, providing seamless booking, check-ins, thoughtful amenities, and in-depth local knowledge. We also offer helpful services and unforgettable experiences that keep our guests coming back year after year.
Maintenance
Our Property Managers and Maintenance teams are in-house and on-hand, ready to ensure that each home enjoys the highest standard of care year-round—and they are always looking for ways to lower out-of-pocket maintenance expenses for our homeowners. Being locally based, they are able to spend most of their time out in the field, allowing them to deliver reliable service to each home in minutes. When needed, they facilitate work with trusted, local maintenance specialists.
Housekeeping
We want every guest to be impressed by the cleanliness of their Natural Retreats home from the moment they first open the door. How do we accomplish this? By following a strict set of guidelines. First, we only partner with the best housekeeping teams in the area. Our Housekeeping department then trains every crew member to the same exacting standards. Finally, we do our best to schedule the same housekeeping team to clean the same home week after week. Why? It helps team members to become intimately familiar with the properties in their care.
Revenue Management
Our in-house Revenue Management team is constantly monitoring and adjusting rates based on real-time market data observations. When demand surges, they are the first to see it. When occupancy falls, they see that as well and keep our homes booked at optimized rates.
Marketing
Our award-winning, in-house Marketing team is dedicated to developing the most effective marketing strategies in the vacation rental space. Our website is designed to enhance conversion by presenting each home’s unique selling points to our ever-expanding database of known luxury travelers.
Accounting
With Natural Retreats, homeowners never question if they will be paid on time or if the payment will be the proper amount. Our reputation for integrity means they can trust us completely with their investment while enjoying the peace of mind of knowing their home is being managed at every level.

The Natural Retreats Story
From the outset, Natural Retreats adopted a business model that was as promising as it was uniquely our own. How would it set us apart? In each destination, we would develop teams comprised of the best local professionals who would work hand-in-glove with our national team on everything from marketing to communications to accounting. Guests would enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. Homeowners would experience the peace of mind of knowing their home was being expertly managed at every level. And it worked. Over the years, our employees thrived—and so did Natural Retreats.
In September of 2020, we joined forces with 360 Blue, a luxury vacation rental company based on the Florida Panhandle whose mission and values were aligned with our own. Like us, 360 Blue focused on their employees who, in turn, focused on their guests and homeowners.
Today, our purpose is to inspire travel. Our commitment is to provide distinctively personalized service to both homeowners and guests. We believe travel is fundamental to the well-being of the individual and essential to the greater good. So join us.

Sandcastle Kids is a local nonprofit that helps make an Emerald Coast
vacation a reality for families who have children with cancer. Thanks to
the generosity of our homeowners, Sandcastle Kids has provided
cost-free vacations to dozens of these families.
