This home is located steps from the Cabana Club, activities center, as well as a large community pier that extends into Skull Inlet.
THE LIVING AREA...
The living room is comfortably furnished with abundant light that streams into the open floor-plan living space. There’s a flat screen Smart TV and wireless high-speed internet for those times you aren’t marveling at the breathtaking views from your porch. The kitchen has everything a good chef would need to prepare any meal. There is a dining table seating six. The half bathroom is located in this area.
THE ACCOMMODATIONS...
The upstairs primary bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with ample seating to enjoy the beautiful views. The primary bathroom is en suite with double vanity and shower. The second bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony with an en suite bathroom with vanity and tub/shower. The third bedroom has two sets bunk beds that are smaller in size and will not accommodate adults. They are perfect for children under the age of 10. This room is connected to the primary through French doors but also has its own private entrance.

THE AMENITIES...
Central Heat & AC with ceiling fans throughout, Washer/Dryer, Flat Screen TV, Wireless High Speed Broadband Internet, Smart TV, Microwave, full size Oven with four burner Stove-top, large Refrigerator, Coffee maker, Dishwasher, outdoor charcoal Grill, Linens & Towels, and parking for multiple vehicles. This home is pet friendly, welcoming 1 dog for an additional $150 fee. Please note that there is a maximum of 2 cars allowed at this home.
THE BEACH, NATURE TRAILS, & THE MARINA
Relax on miles of secluded Fripp Island beach! Take delight in the many nature trails throughout the island. Visit the marina for fishing advice and supplies to land the big catch on the pristine waters of the island.
Guests that book for 7 nights or more receive 2 complimentary guest cards and waived resort fee.
For shorter stays, Resort access is available for an additional fee: a resort fee plus a per-person guest card cost. Contact Reservations at least 7 days in advance of your stay to arrange access.

Working with Natural Retreats was great. Very responsive and answered our calls/questions promptly. The place where we stayed was another issue though…When I did call about a problem with the golf cart no one called us back about it. Nothing was resolved but we ended up working it out on our end. Little frustrating.

Our stay at 'E' was very relaxing. The view truly is amazing and gave such a feeling of peace. The home was very clean when we arrived, which was a wonderful feeling when arriving late in the day. The weather was not conducive to beach time but we were able to enjoy the view all day every day. We had no problem with the golf carts and they were a great way to get around the island to explore. Overall, we have nothing negative to say. This is not a location that enables walking out the door onto the beach, nor is there a path to the beach. The golf carts are needed for that but there are many beach access points with 'golf cart only' parking and they are within a couple of minutes of the home. The nearest grocery store is about a twenty to twenty-five minute drive back out, so be prepared for that, as well. While there are a couple of smaller markets available for refrigerator items, the selection is low.

Nice home with great view - needs updates
Visited in Oct 2019. Very nice home with nice decorations. Great view. Need to add hvac system upstairs. Could not enjoy sun room upstairs too hot. Upstairs during day is very uncomfortable. Would not cool off til late night. Mattress in both upstairs room need upgrading. Kitchen nicely stocked with needed items, plenty of space for two families. Golf carts were very nice.

Best Rental on Fripp!
We have been renting on Fripp for 6 years now and this was by far our most favorite house or should I say HOME. The kitchen was stocked with everything and more than we needed and was tastefully decorated and the cleanest house we have ever rented. The Natural Retreats staff was easy to work with and quick to respond. The only downside is the 3rd bedroom has the smaller bunk beds and in the next 2 years, my kids will grow out of them :( Otherwise, it is the PERFECT property, best location and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a great week!

Relaxing
We visited for two weeks in February/March. We didn't expect good weather and we weren't disappointed. It didn't matter because all we wanted to do was read, write and relax. The house is a long way from resources if you don't play golf or tennis. The house was adequate. The kitchen needed a teapot. The bed in the master was so high I had a hard time getting in and out of it. A footstool would have been appreciated. We couldn't get MSNBC on the television. The view was beautiful.
