Overall this is a beautiful home with excellent open space. We were so pleased with location, cleanliness, proximity to amenities and the beach, and the overall rental space was more than we imagined based on the pictures and description! We were pleasantly surprised and we hope to be able to rent this home in the future. We're happy with how accommodating the whole experience was. We have stayed on Fripp numerous times and this was the best experience so far! Thank you.

Everything went fairly smoothly. The info on how to check out was different in my email from you and what was posted on the fridge. Also, there was confusion about the "designated spot" for the outside garbage can. But other than that the rental was GREAT!

I had to reach out several times to give names for the security gate. I gave 4 names initially by phone and then sent a 5th one via email. Only two names at the gate upon arrival by members of my party that don’t adapt easily and are anxious and of course their names aren’t at the gate. The description of the house and it’s contents need to be updated.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious for our overflow group of five. Smooth check in and I appreciate the quick response to a VERY last-minute booking request. Rent yourself a golf cart and you’ll be all set! Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. I loved how the home was staged for our arrival. It was so clean! The only issue I had was tiny bugs that would show up every morning in the guest bathroom around the sink. Guessing they came up through the drain?

With all the Covid craziness and even though we had to cancel last years trip I think that you handled the situation good. Thank you!

Everything was great and lots communication. We had one small issue with the dates given to the Security guard Versus are actual arrival date. But other than that it was very easy!!

Traveled here in July - Love Fripp - greatest place in the world

Very nice visit. Just one issue, grill didn’t work well. Most of the burners were clogged and only a small portion of the grill surface could be used for cooking. Otherwise house was fine.

We rented Paradise Found for 3 nights during spring break for our first trip ever to Fripp and loved the house! Natural Retreats was great to work with and the house was as described and more! It was extremely clean and very well maintained and there was plenty of space. All the utensils and dishes you could need are provided. The area itself is perfect, there are deer everywhere and it's easy access to the beach and everything on the island. It's very quiet, we were never disturbed by anyone or anything. Here are a few tips for future guests: --It isn't shown in the pictures, but there is a standard coffemaker and toaster near the refrigerator in the kitchen. --There is a new dishwasher rather than the one shown in the photos. --When we were there, the bed in the game room was already pulled out (or either it was an actual bed) and had linens and a comforter on it. While we didn't use it, it seemed to be very comfortable and a great spot if you need an extra place to sleep! --The master bath is much more spacious than it seems in the pictures. The sink/vanity area is separate from the shower/tub/toilet area and there is a very spacious master closet as well. --There has been a TV added in the room with the queen bed. --The garage is accessible. We brought our own golf cart and trailer and were able to store both of them in the garage. --There are an assortment of beach items in the garage, such as a beach cart and chairs. Contact Natural Retreats for a list of what's available to use to make sure you don't have to pack anything that's already there. --There is a gas grill on the side deck and the owner has provided propane tanks, so there's no need to purchase any charcoal. --If you are wondering about beach access, there's a newly built boardwalk on the same road as the house that is an easy walk. If you look on Google Maps like we did, the boardwalk isn't there, but it does exist.

I really enjoyed by stay at Paradise Found. It was perfect for the needs of my group. I traveled in May 2017 with my parents, a friend and her two kids. The house worked perfectly for everyone. The outside stairs are the only stairs, so once you're up everything is on one level. That was perfect for my older parents AND the young kids. I liked the location of the house. We were 1/2 mile to the Rock Beauty access, so it was just a quick drive/walk and really quiet and serene. We took advantage of the deck for dinner one night and saw 6 deer in the backyard! It can be a bit buggy, so definitely bring bug spray and/or a citronella candle if you'll be outside. 2 amenity cards are included in the rental and we enjoyed using the pools. The house itself had everything we needed/wanted and was spotless upon check in. The pictures are accurate! The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc. and we definitely took advantage and cooked all of our meals. There is even a second fridge in the game room, which was very helpful. Beds and furniture were comfortable, especially the couches. The hot water was hot and water pressure was great. Great place to relax and watch movies (there's a DVD player so bring your favorite movies!). Paradise Found is a functional and comfortable house. Full disclosure, I am a Natural Retreats employee, however this was a personal vacation with my family. I've stayed in several homes on Fripp Island and this is my favorite. My entire party commented on how they would love to stay in this house again.
