Our family has been spending several weeks every summer in Sun Valley. (since the High Country days) We've been happy with Natural Retreats, and this year it seemed like customer service has improved. We are more aware of the staff located in Sun Valley, and the "concierge" information list was a nice touch. We were especially appreciative of their effort to accommodate an earlier check in since we were arriving in Hailey earlier this year. My only constructive criticism would be 5 pm is too late for check in - 3 pm or 4pm seems to be the industry standard. Perhaps hiring more cleaning people would solve this problem.
P.S. The toilet paper holder in the first floor bathroom is broken. The new carpeting and the new sectional in the den were great additions. We've loved 1359 Dollar Meadows for many years. We're hoping if it sells, the new owners will make it available for rentals!

A year of constant contact leading up to our July reservation, a beautiful and well maintained property, with 2 small concerns your staff quickly and quietly resolved the issues. We plan to return using Natural Retreats.

The whole process was very easy. We loved having the lights on, door and and keys there when we pulled up instead of having to go get the keys!
