With over 4,500 square feet this home offers sunny, spacious rooms, porch accessible bedrooms, a sundeck, and the beach is just a short walk away! The first floor features a living room with an electric fireplace and a spacious great room with cathedral wood ceilings—replete with plenty of windows that allow for natural light to flow into the space. With a sofa and chairs, guests will find plenty of comfortable seating. There is a dining table in this room with four chairs. This room flows into the Family room that has more sofas and a Flat-Screen TV. The kitchen and dining area are located just off the living room. The kitchen comes replete with stainless-steel appliances, a walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. The spacious dining room features a table that can seat 22 guests. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on this level. The second floor boasts a den with a TV, sofa, as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a second laundry room with sink on this level. At the end of a day exploring Tybee Island, guests can get some rest in one of eight comfortable bedrooms: The first-floor features two king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath and access to a porch. The second floor has two queen-bedrooms, a bunk room with two beds, and another children’s bunk room with a bunk bed and two twin beds. There is a spacious screened-in porch on this level. The third-floor private king bedroom features an adjacent sitting area with a flatscreen TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and wet bar, as well as access to a "treetop" private sundeck. The bedroom comes replete with a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub and separate marble shower with vertical spa and hand-held shower. For your convenience, the cottage has off-street parking for 4-5 cars, and an 8' privacy fence in the backyard. Happy House is in a perfect location; just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and a 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants. We apologize, but pets are not allowed at this property.
