In the elegantly styled living area, a full-length sofa and leather club chairs overlook a gas fireplace and large-screen TV, flanked by two walls of windows. Glass doors open this area to a west-facing balcony furnished with two patio chairs and a gas grill.

An open-concept layout creates seamless flow between the living and dining areas, with a round, 6-seat dining table for sit-down meals. Three additional stools at the breakfast bar accommodate larger groups.
