“My friend and I stayed at this gorgeous condo in late September when the leaves were changing and it was such a relaxing experience. This unit is very spacious with the 4-bed bunkroom (each with personal TVs!), queen bedroom, and a giant king suite (with a fireplace in the bathroom). The open living area has a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of dining areas at the booth, the table, or at the island. The bright, comfortable, and tasteful decor instantly makes you feel warm and right at home. The views are amazing from the balcony that overlooks the XXL hot tub and courtyard, the ski slopes, and the main lodge. There are no ugly views from this place! One night, a giant owl sat in the tree just outside my window and it was magical. This unit provides quick access to the ski lockers, slopes, and hiking trails down one flight of stairs. The building has an elevator, but the stairs are much closer and faster. The main lobby area has lots of cozy seating and is perfect for gathering with friends late at night. There’s an awesome game room too! When we went downtown for dinner, we used the Empire Express, which comes to the front door for full service pickup and drop off. There is plenty of parking. The management on site is very attentive and keeps the property super clean and in top shape. I will definitely return with more people this winter!”

Our stay at Deer Valley was absolutely terrific! The snow was better than it has been in years, the condo we stayed in was super comfortable and well appointed, and Mark & Kathy (building managers) made us feel so welcome!! We will be back!

It’s a great location and the floor layout is perfect! Ideal for couples or friends with children as well. It’s beautifully decorated, stylish, and has all the amenities you could wish for. It’s an easy walk to the restaurant (even though you need to watch your step if it’s icy). Perfect for skiers with easy access to the lift & the shuttle to/from the property-Park City is fast, efficient, and friendly drivers. It’s a great place to get away for a week or a weekend. I liked the fact that the people who are here are very courteous, and not full of noisy people who aren’t considerate of others.
This is a great home away from home, or just a great home!

We were so impressed with our weekend stay at this property in Deer Valley. The condo was beautiful, very spacious and close access to all Park City has to offer. It was a perfect setting for our getaway!
