Everything has been considered—hot tubs, a gourmet gas barbecue, food prep areas, elevated fire pits and plenty of attractive and comfortable lounge furniture. Historic Main Street is a vibrant center with 250 shops, award-winning restaurants, bars, museums, theatres and the Town Lift to Park City Mountain Resorts. Deer Valley’s Snow Park base is a mile away. Paid parking is available nearby at the Marriott Summit Watch garage, located at 780 Main St. Alternatively, free parking is currently offered at the Sandridge Lot, located at 100-250 Sandridge Ave Parking. (Please note, this lot is further from the home and may be full at times.) During the Sundance Film Festival this home requires a security deposit. For ski-in/ski-out access in the winter, use the Town Lift. Walk downhill towards Main Street for direct access to the Town Lift and ticket office. To get home from the top of Payday Express, take Payday Run (Blue) to Quit ‘N Time Run (Blue), which leads to the base of Town Lift. From Main Street, walk uphill until you reach the Heber Avenue and Main Street intersection. (Careful, it’s steep!) Cross over Heber Avenue, and the entry to Park Haus is on the left past the Patagonia store.
