Looking for the ultimate wedding weekend? Host up to 130 dining guests and 84 lodging guests with this exclusive offer. Your family and friends will have full private access of the Lodge and grounds for two nights and three days of fun-filled wedding festivities. Our Events Specialist and Executive Chef will work closely with you to understand and meet your individual vision and style in planning the details of your rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, Sunday brunch, and group or individual activities.

Choose from a plated, action station, or buffet-style dining experience with menu items uniquely paired to our superb wine selection. Reception for 80 is included (for a guest count greater than 80, off-site rental chairs, tables, and linens will be required). Reception menu options to include passed hors d’oeuvres and a 2 or 3 course dinner starting from $52 per person, with a minimum bar spend of $2,000 (minimum guests 60). Let us also host your private rehearsal dinner, or a special Sunday brunch to top off your memorable weekend.

Please note: Full venue rentals require all accommodations at the South Fork Lodge to be booked by family, friends, and guests of the family for a minimum of 2 nights per room. Reservations include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Accommodations consist of 21 private rooms and 1 single family home with bedding configurations that accommodate up to 46 singles and 84 guest shared bed guests. Food and beverage rates do not include 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity. Lodging rates are based on the dates.

Gold Package
Afternoon Ceremony Rental, from $1500
The Gold Package is available for brides and grooms interested in hosting their guests for a dessert or appetizer cocktail reception, brunch, late lunch, or early dinner reception. The venue is available from 10am to 3pm any day of the week and allows for an affordable, intimate ceremony on the banks of the river.

Choose to be served in either the Riverside Dining Room, or on the lovely flagstone patio for a western elegant outdoor experience. Dining style options are available for plated, action station, or buffet style dining experience with menu items uniquely paired to our superb wine selection. Seating for 80 is included (for a guest count greater than 80, off-site rental chairs, tables, and linens will be required). Reception menu options available starting from $52 per person, with a minimum bar spend of $1,000 (minimum 30 guests).

The Lodge specializes in guided fly fishing with private access to the South Fork of the Snake River. We also offer casting lessons, overnight camp, and scenic floats. Other area activities include:

Frequently Asked Questions
Are weddings and social functions available year-round?
Weddings are offered during the open season of the Lodge, from May 1 - October 30.

Is the Lodge child & pet friendly?
Yes, we are a welcoming family friendly lodge, and since we understand that pets are also family, we offer two rooms that are pet friendly. If you are interested in bringing pets, please be sure to specifically request the pet friendly rooms.

Can I have a tent at the venue?
Yes, we have a limited size and space for tenting, please make sure to tour the venue with our General Manager to obtain specific information on tentable areas.

Do you allow outside catering?
With the exception of your wedding cake, all food and beverage is to be provided onsite by Natural Retreats. The Executive Chef is happy to discuss menu options for various meal requests that best suit your needs, while at the same time staying within your budget and meeting the dining and bar minimums.

What are the wine, beer, and cocktail options?
We have a full service bar at the Lodge and are happy to order any special beverages or create personalized signature cocktails. Bars can be fully hosted, or set up as a cash bar. The bar minimum is $2,000 for the Platinum Package and $1,000 for the Gold Package. Should you decide to bring your own wine, there is a $20 per bottle corkage fee.

If I have music or entertainment, is there a specific time the music must end?
For the Gold Package, music must end no later than 3pm so guests can vacate the property by 4pm allowing time for the staff to open the restaurant to all Lodge guests and the general public by 5pm. For the Platinum Package, music end time is a little more flexible, but we recommend that it end by 11pm.

Can I bring my own favors & wedding décor items? Are there any restrictions on what can be used on property?
Yes, you are welcome to decorate the venue as you like; however, there are some restrictions on specific items that may pose a potential liability risk. All candles, confetti, and lanterns will need to be approved by your Events Specialist prior to the event. Failure to gain approval may result in fees.

Can you provide names of reliable florists, photographers, entertainers, pastry chefs, and ministers?
Yes, we’re happy to recommend some great vendors that we’ve worked with, ask about our preferred vendor list for more information.

Is a wedding planner included in either of the packages?
We will provide you an Events Specialist to help plan your event as it pertains to the details of the venue, food and beverage, guest activities, room assignments, and the placing of room amenities. However, since we are not wedding planning professionals, we are not able to facilitate your rehearsal dinner ceremony or reception. We strongly advise you hire a wedding planner to make your special day seamless and stress-free.

What are the sales tax, occupancy tax, and food & beverage gratuity rates?
Taxes for the venue rental and accommodations are included in the price. Sales tax on food and beverage is 6%. Gratuity is 20%. Lodging occupancy tax is 2% in addition to the 6% sales tax.

Is there a salon or spa at the resort to handle the hair & makeup for myself and my bridesmaids?
We do not have a spa on-site; however, our sister property Teton Springs Lodge and Spa, offers a full service luxury spa within just 30 minutes’ drive of the Lodge. We can arrange for services at the Spa for you and your bridal party, or possibly have hair and make-up stylists come to you.

Are group or discounted rates available for accommodations?
Discounting will depend on several factors: the dates, occupancy, activity bookings, and the number of guest rooms you anticipate booking. Further information on this can be provided by the Group Sales Manager.
