This Moonlight Mountain Home is ideal for year-round getaways to Big Sky and Yellowstone National Park. Located in the Cowboy Heaven area of Moonlight Basin, this 4 bedroom Mountain Home is designed with easy winter ski access in mind. Summertime means beautiful, outdoor living areas with spacious decks, private hot tubs, and of course spectacular nearby Yellowstone National Park! Convenience to activities such as hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and rafting abound – not to mention direct ski in/ski out access to Big Sky Resort.

The home offers three bedrooms downstairs, two with king beds and one with a Captain’s bunk bed set and a twin bunk bed set. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The primary bedroom also offers a gas fireplace and a TV for comfortable nights in. The crew will also love to gather around the TV in the loft, which also has a private bathroom, or soaking in the luxurious private hot tub.

Upstairs is a cozy bedroom with a full bed and a twin futon. Also an office with a couch, desk, and a Smart TV.

For your convenience, the home is equipped with a laundry room and a one-car garage.

For ski-in/ski-out access, walk down the driveway in front of the garage, and there will be a groomed run (Green) through the trees, Bootlegger. Follow Bootlegger Run to the bottom of the Iron Horse Lift and Moonlight Lodge. Turn left onto Alpine Meadows for the Madison Village Base Area, where ski and snowboard lessons are available, or continue to the base of the Derringer for beginner terrain and Six Shooter Lifts for access to the entire mountain. To get home from Iron Horse Lift or Six Shooter Lift, take Lazy Jack to Cinnabar Run, and continue to the left to stay on Cinnabar. Follow this run to Natawista, then continue on Natawista Run to Bootlegger and back to the trees in front of Mountain Home 1 Hidden Trail. Ski through the same trees back to the driveway of Mountain Home 1 Hidden Trail.
