Good Faith Disclaimer

*In some instances, current snow depths, weather conditions, time of year, or an individual’s fitness level may be incongruent with a home’s ski access labeling. For instance, in early December, when snow depths are historically low in many ski destinations, a home that is labeled ski-in/ski-out may not have adequate snow coverage to meet the criteria. However, the same home may have adequate snow coverage a short time later after significant snowfall. Each home’s ski access classification is made in good faith based on information from our local teams, historical snow data, and past guest experience and feedback. If you are unsure about a specific home’s ski access, reach out to our Guest Experience team via our chat function, or call 888-720-2057, for help determining the home’s suitability for your group.

**Parents with children who may not be able to carry their own gear to and from a shuttle stop or to and from the gondola should reach out to our Guest Experience team regarding the suitability of specific homes.

Due to high visitation and staffing constraints, local offerings such as restaurants, bars, shopping, and shared amenities may have limited hours and availability. Cell phone and internet service may also be impacted during high visitation periods. During the warm weather season, local municipalities and homeowners are investing in infrastructure that provide the best quality of life for local residents and visitors alike. Construction, traffic delays and noise are inevitable as they seek to maintain and improve access to this alpine life we love so much.
