Excellent location to YC! Home very comfortable with good beds. Very well equipped for multiple family / kids use. Staff was most responsive. Only criticism is 24 hr cancellation policy-created great concern to have to pay entire balance months in advance. Now based on experience would rent again.

Everyone was very nice, and helpful. The communication was good for the most part. There was just no information on the house and how things worked or any info on the check out procedure like should we leave the sheets on the beds or strip the beds, what to do with garbage, start a load of towels or do not bother. The home was clean but could use a spring clean, the lights above the kitchen sink were covered with dust and dead bugs as was the vent over the oven and a few other things like that. The heating system is not working correctly so some rooms were literally 75 degrees while others were 68. That made for a few rough nights of sleep until we figured out which windows to leave cracked open and what not. Like we said everyone was great just a few hiccups. We will recommend your company and hope to co.e back soon.

Great location close to clubhouse! Lots of space!

We stayed here in August with three adults and seven children and there was plenty of space to accommodate everyone. There are three stories with the rooms spread out which was nice. There is also a hot tub on the bottom level. We took advantage of renting the suburbans from the management and they dropped the SUVs at the airport which really helped. The location is perfect because it’s two houses down from the clubhouse. You have to pay extra per day per person to get access to the clubhouse. They have a complementary continental breakfast in the morning. The clubhouse bar also serves a more casual menu which was perfect for the children. Sunday night we did the barbecue with live music and that was our favorite night. My only complaint would be that we paid per person to use the Spanish peaks clubhouse and our children were not allowed to go into the kids area or do certain things on the kids lawn even after we paid for daily membership. Overall it was a great experience!
