Hoppre Haüs

Gorgeous Modern Mountain Home with Air Conditioning, Fire Pit and Peak 10 Views

A modern cabin with vaulted ceilings, rough-sawn beams and cast-iron design accents, Hoppre Haüs combines the atmosphere of a Western lodge with modern decor to create a stylish retreat just 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge.

Ideal for groups, the home sleeps up to 12 guests between five full bedrooms. Four of the five bedrooms have office desks coupled with great Wifi.

On the main level, an open-concept layout creates a feeling of connection between guests, whether you’re making cocoa in the kitchen, warming up the fireplace in the great room, or playing a game of cards around the rustic dining table. A large-screen SmartTV, mounted above a stacked-stone fireplace, is visible from all three areas. You’ll find plenty of room to sprawl out on the comfy sectional sofa.

A wall of windows opens the great room to a furnished deck with spectacular West-facing sunsets. On blue-bird days or cool summer evenings, fire up the gas grill or enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit.

For sit-down dinners, the formal dining area seats up to 10 guests, with 6 cushioned stools at the breakfast bar for larger groups. An additional table insert can be added to accommodate 14 guests in total. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, rich hardwood cabinets and all the amenities of home, including a Keurig coffee maker.

Just off the living area is a loft with a treadmill, elliptical machine and weights. After your workout, step onto the private balcony to recover with fresh air and mountain views. A spacious laundry room on the main level will keep you in fresh gear and toasty ski clothes.

Beautiful house and incredible stay. A lot of privacy, with a quick Uber / drive to downtown Breck. Management was very easy to get in touch with. 10/10.

We had 8 adults and 5 kids stay together here, and absolutely LOVED our stay. Here are some reasons why: 1) The location - it was remote enough to be quiet, but close enough to downtown and grocery stores to be convenient. 2) The on-site staff Wa responsive and friendly. 3) There were personal touches from the owner, including a note, a guide to the house, and their Breckenridge area suggestions. 4) The space heaters/fire pit in the patio were a welcome addition for brisk nights. 5) The house itself was beautifully laid out for what we needed - a large gathering space, master suites up and down, enough bathrooms for everyone, a hot tub, an exercise loft, space heaters for the patio, it was really great. 6) Cookware: came in handy! 7) Garage space for the cars. Tips: 1) The welcome email didn’t give us a code to enter the garage, only the code for the door inside the garage. So get both ahead of time. 2) If you are coming from somewhere closer to sea level, budget some time to acclimate to the elevation. You won’t regret staying here.
