The NR staff is truly amazing and the attention that they give each and every guest exceeds expectations. We had a slight maintenance issue during our stay and Matt was right there to fix it. It was truly 5 days of peace and quiet and they even sent up the welcoming committee to greet us, mama, and her cubs. The views from Scenic Serenity are absolutely breathtaking. The peacefulness we felt up there is impossible to describe. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. The hot tub was the perfect place to watch the sunset with a glass of wine after a long day of hiking. Do not worry about anything...you will live this cabin. Everything was very nice and cabin was great, the last night a group of young people moved in the cabin above us we were in number 75. They were very loud. The girls were screaming and the boys were yelling the music was so loud they were that way until 2 am the next morning. What an incredible experience in a beautiful cabin. The location was breath taking and the drive in and out of town was beautiful. Check in and check out was simple during covid times and we didn't have to interact or see anyone. We loved this cabin! The bed is not too comfy but everything else was great! The hot tub kept messing up and we had to have maintenance come out 3 different times. The cabin had everything we needed, and it was very spacious and clean! Some of the young trees have grown enough to block the beautiful view from the living room and deck. We were supplied with more than enough towels, a couple of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher detergent, as well as shampoo, conditioner and lotion in each bathroom. It was enough for our entire 5 day stay! There is a rack for hanging clothes (no closets), but there were no hangers :-( ...

We enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few things.... Being in the Hotel business, I understand check in and check out times need to be stringent, however, to pay the prices (when you are a small group or family) that you pay and have a 4:00 PM check in time and a 10:00 AM check out time really seems unfair. (oh and make sure to do the dishes and load the dishwasher (really, I thought I was the guest?) One more hour at check out (11 am) would be very helpful. The cabin was clean,...

I booked for my stay for my daughters wedding. The cabin is very nice inside and the view from second story deck is amazing. I drank my coffee out there every morning and last day had the most breathtaking rainbow

I visited Brothers Cove Resort in early June, 2017, and was delighted to stay at Scenic Serenity. The cabin is beautifully decorated in mountain cabin motif and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Comfortable seating both inside and out on several decks. Scenic Serenity is tucked back at the end of the street which makes you feel like you are in your own little world. Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this beautiful cabin.

My stay at Brother Cove was the BEST time ever!!! The staff was GREAT and the cabin was awesome with beautiful views!!!!!

As you open the door, the view is exceptionally beautiful, from the furniture, space, and view. Loved the swing on the porch. The quietness was very relaxing. Did not see much wildlife, except for a Squirrel. (Insects - LoL) Enjoyed having a full size refrigerator. Loved the upstairs, our girls came up to visit for a couple days, with our grandson, they loved all the space and beauty the cabin had to offer.

My husband and I had a great honeymoon tucked away in the mountains at Brother's Cove. The cabin was exactly what we hoped for and what was displayed on the website. Although the dishwasher messed up halfway through our trip and the surround sound speakers had a static sound, everything else was wonderful! We are looking forward to coming back again soon.
