This was our 3rd years staying with you. Cabin is always clean and your staff very nice and friendly. Price are very fair.
We had great fun and the cabin provided everything we needed.
We loved the stay in the cabin, #33. The only thing that we were displeased with is the TV service. When we got in for the evening and settled in after dinner, we would watch a little bit of TV before retiring for the evening. The Streaming TV was great, but, the Video and Audio was so far out of synchronization that it was so difficult to watch anything. The non-synchronization was with anything we selected.
We had a wonderful stay in #33 Whispering Pines. The accommodations were lovely, the complex was quiet and spaced nicely, and checking and checkout was seamless. I appreciated the company calling in advance to make sure I had all the info I needed and even offering personal advice for sites to visit
Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The house was VERY clean, all the supplies we needed, and well kept. The owners even have a little thing called the Dollar game scavenger hunt.
Everthing was great but, some of the ceiling fans needed to be cleaned because when we had them on you could see the dust falling down but, other than that it was Great.
I rented an accessible cabin but that classification was overstated. There was a small wood ramp at the front door but there bathrooms lacked grab handles and the shower is inaccessible. The WIFI is terrible and despite the location there are technology solutions available. The 5pm "in" and 9am "out" is not competitive with other other resorts and hotels. Despite that we had a good 2 night stay.
Simply put, had there not been a double booking issue with my cabin the first night of our trip things would have been better. It’s had to go back and forth with customer service when you’re in the mountains due to service issues. I know the staff did what they could to help get us into another nicer cabin the first night (someone was staying in the cabin we booked already), but the need to pack up again change cabins in the middle of your trip when the plan was to relax during the day was very strange and changed a lot of the things we were able to do during our trip. Honestly it was kind of a bummer to go to a bigger nicer cabin to the smaller one we actually booked but at least we had a cabin for both nights, it just felt like we downgraded in the middle of our trip. It was almost as if the small basic cabin wouldn’t have mattered if you never stayed in a nicer cabin....I would have booked something nicer if it were available but we booked last minute and there wasn’t much to choose from. Natural Retreats was helpful in staying in communication and offering a credit back to my card for the first night so with that we were able to go out zip lining at the last minute to burn a few hours until our booked cabin was ready.
The cabbins are beautiful.. And well kept. Service is top notch.
It was really easy to check in and check out. The cabin was clean and looked just like the photos online
Brother’s Cove is such a beautiful place. Though there is one complaint, the Christmas tree left a lot to be desired. Half the lights didn’t work and the ornaments (the few there were) were just put on one spot. Luckily we didn’t come up for Christmas or that would have been a bigger deal..
The cabin was beautiful. The check in and out was very easy.
The cabins are conveniently located for traveling to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge! Our cabin was clean and private! One of my best stays in the Smokies!!
The cabin was great! The drive in was a little difficult. But you should expect that in the mountains. It was very private. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was very private on the deck which made that very nice. The cabin was clean. We enjoyed our visit.
It's the best place for enjoy time with the 👪. The only issue is bad wifi, but I said to the kids It's time to enjoy this time!
The location of this resort is amazing. You get the nice, cozy, nature feel and its a short drive to town. The cabin was so spacious and had all the essentials we needed for the week. The views off the back deck were stunning. The hot tub, pool table and the pool was also a HUGE bonus! We had such an amazing time at this resort and will definitely be back again.
We were slightly disappointed with the condition of the cabin and its contents. Furniture is a bit dated and run down from our previous stays over the past years.
Facility and staff are great. Process to book, check in and out is easy! Some minor issues with the cabin, but I’m sure no cabin is perfect.
Our stay was very enjoyable. We were greeted with warmth, employees were very helpful and informative, very prompt and the prices for the cabin rentals were very affordable with plenty of choices.
I visited this place in January 2020, It was great!

Enjoyed the secluded area
This was our 5th time in Brothers Cove and our 2nd time staying in Whispering Pines. Everything was lovely. We enjoyed seeing the leaves fall colors (we don’t see much of that in FL).

A group of us stayed over the labor day weekend and it was a wonderful quiet getaway! We ventured into Gatlinburg but it was so crowded we couldn't wait to get back to the cabin and relax. We will definitely be booking again and with more friends!
We stayed in August of this year and had AAMAAZZZING weather! The cabin was better than expected and very cozy. #33 was our cabin and although no Mountain View, we loved the scenery and the fresh mountain air! We will DEFINITELY be back:)
The cabin was nice, but smaller than the pictures imply. Also the pictures may imply you are high up in the mountain with a view, but you have a limited view through the trees. It is a nice view, but not high up with a view of the mountains. I did have a maintenance issue, as the hot water went out the night before we left. One cleaning issue that I think should be looked into. With all of the windows in the cabin, they were very dirty. They may have been dirty based upon the time of year, but an item that should be addressed. Overall a nice place, and had a wonderful time with my kids. Loved the pool table!
Visited here in January. Weather was 40-60s, sun and rain.. The house was great and had everything we needed, hot tub was enjoyable, family enjoyed the pool table. The driveway in was the only thing that was a little scary, we ended up backing into the exit part of the driveway because it wasn’t as steep. Drew was able to assist us with our last minute reservation, which we appreciate greatly. We showed up early, the staff allowed us to drive in to locate the cabin when we arrived but had to come back after 4 as they weren’t able to get us in early. So we went to explore Cades Cove. Overall, we really enjoyed our mini vacation!
Great features and Awesome people
We visited Whispering pines 33 for Christmas 2018. Very nice cabin and they already had it all decorated up with lights and a Christmas tree, very awesome.
I visited the home for my birthday in a March and i had so much fun. It was so beautiful just like the pictures and plenty to do in the area. It was clean, cosey and a new experience for us.
We decided to have a couples weekend with friends for a few days in Feb. From booking, to checking in and out, it was fabulous! The cabin was gorgeous and we loved all its amenities! The cabins are located in a convenient yet secluded area. highly recommend driving up to the lodge for some spectacular views!! We will be back soon.
Great view, nice clean cabin. Truly enjoyed the st
I visited this home in January and had a great time
Beautiful cabin and great customer service!
The cabin was beautiful and the company couldn’t have been more welcoming. We felt the price was very fair! Also, the beds were very comfortable and it was a nice surprise that both bedrooms had a soaking tub. The only problems we had were they the tubs needed a little better cleaning and the window that opened into the loft bedroom couldn’t be closed because the latch was broken. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ve already said we’ll rent with Natural Retreats again when we come back in a few months.
Enjoyable Romance Getaway
Me and my husband visited this cabin in July and it was a beautiful wooden destination. Very private as well, it is almost easy to miss the driveway since it dips down and back out again. We really enjoyed reading the guest book log, the guest have made up a game of find and hide the dollar. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table as well. All-in all nice cozy place for two people wanting to get away from reality.
Our family had a great time. Beautiful views, clean rooms, and nice decorations. Very homey! We loved the hot tub and pool table. No place to play outside though. Also, quite the drop to get into the driveway!!
Beautiful, Clean, Welcoming
We visited in May and truly enjoyed our stay here. The customer service was exceptional from the time I started searching for a place until checkout from NR! Very helpful every step of the way. The property was beautiful. The hot tub was clean and relaxing.
I have been to Brothers Cove and really like the area.
We stayed in this home in the middle of October, 2016. It was clean, the views were great, and it was fun to have the hot tub and pool table. The staff, from the beginning of reservations to the goodbye, were awesome, helpful, and very friendly.
Extremely clean cabin, alot bigger than expected! Loved the location! And, the staff was friendly and welcoming!
