Tucked into a cozy grove of mature birch, oak, and pine trees, this lovely, spacious retreat is your home away from home on Lake Winnipesaukee. Your whole group will fall in love with the private sandy beach, charming gazebo, and boat dock overlooking the lake. With sleeping space for ten people, there is enough luxurious square footage for your whole group to relax and recharge by the lakeshore.

The living and dining spaces were built to take full advantage of the panoramic lake views. A dramatic vaulted ceiling in the living area has bleached wood walls, a natural stone wall, huge light-filled windows, and sliding glass doors that lead out to a massive deck overlooking the lake. A dining table has seating for six people, while the peninsula bar has additional seating for two. The u-shaped kitchen is the perfect spot to brew the morning coffee and flip fresh blueberry pancakes. The oversized deck has a dining table with ample seating and a gas grill— perfect for grilling up your fresh catch of the day and dining al fresco in the twilight.

A hang out space on the lower level has a foosball table, a ping pong table, dartboard, flatscreen television, and a small wet bar with a mini-fridge. There’s also a dining table that’s ideal for card games, jigsaw puzzles, and board games. A sliding glass door leads directly out to the back yard and down to the lakeshore.

This idyllic home sleeps 10 people across 3 bedrooms and one flexible living/sleeping space. Only the 3 bedrooms have air conditioning.

This bedroom has sleeping space for four people across two bunk beds, all with twin-sized mattresses.

Primary Suite- Second Floor
A spacious suite on the second floor has a king-sized bed, a soaring vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams, a small seating area, and a private ensuite bathroom. Skylights and large windows provide breathtaking lake views from every angle.

Seating Area and Sleep Space- Second Floor
There is a cozy living space tucked under the eaves. Here you’ll find a sofa that pulls out to a bed and flatscreen television.

This home is located in tranquil Salmon Meadow Cove on the north side of Lake Winnipesaukee. You’ll have all of the gorgeous views and unlimited access to the lake, while still enjoying the quieter and more peaceful setting of the cove. Hop in one of the kayaks and explore the lake waters. Listen to the call of the loons and keep a watchful eye for lakeside wildlife like mink and whitetail deer. Bring your fishing pole and catch some dinner— the lake is home to salmon, trout, and bass.
