Condo was clean, really well put together and an awesome location. Only scored a 9 out of 10, because like other reviews had mentioned the kitchen supplies were subpar. Only one roll of paper towels, no dish soap, no sponge, pots and pans were limited. Still an overall good experience.

The unit was in perfect condition, had a great floor plan, and was minutes away from the lifts.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable and pretty centrally located to downtown. However, the shower on the main level had a broken stopper so the shower did not drain appropriately, and the stopper in the master bath bathtub was broken altogether. Also, the one big pot in the kitchen had a broken handle. Aside from these minor issues, the stay was quite pleasant.

The original home I booked was having construction done, and Nick at Natural Retreats put me in an upgraded home at no extra cost and gave us an early check in and a late check out. Very concerned about if they could do anything else for us, Very nice people.

We had a great experience renting our condo through Natural Retreats! The check-in and check-out procedures were flawless and the condo itself was second to none! We thoroughly enjoyed every second of our trip to the Mammouth Lake area. Our condo was within minutes to all restaurants and activities.

It’s an excellent place at excellent location. The house was beautiful, spotless, clean, and have all the necessary amenities as described. Services were great. We called for a request and received responses within less than 1 hour. The request was fulfill in record time and beyond expectation. Definitely will return for another vacation if the place is open for booking next time.
