With high ceilings, hardwood floors, stone tile accents, and cozy gas fireplaces, each 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse evokes the feeling of a modern mountain lodge, set against tall pine trees outside with the Village Gondola overhead.

The home opens with an oversized, 2-car garage on the ground level, and two levels above boasting more than 2,000 square feet of living space. An open floor plan on the main level marries a spacious great room, gourmet kitchen, and dining area to inspire a feeling of togetherness, even if you’re crafting hot cocoa in the kitchen while the kids are warming up by the fireplace, watching the large-screen TV or having a snack at the dining table.
Kitchens boast stainless steel appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and a 5-range gas stove to inspire home-cooked meals, while dining areas boast room to seat up to 8 guests.
Just off the kitchen is a kid-friendly bunk room, giving parents privacy on the upper level:

On blue-bird days, take in mountain views on your private deck, located just off the living room. To enjoy the slopes, take a short walk to Canyon Lodge for multiple chairlifts, ski school, dining, shops and live entertainment. Between the Village Gondola and free winter shuttle, you can even head into town without taking a car.
In the summer, enjoy easy access to hiking and biking trails, scenic gondola rides, live events, golf, and nearby lakes -- all within a short drive. Between the tranquil atmosphere of Mountainside, the family-friendly layout, and convenient location in the heart of Mammoth, a stay at this charming home will leave you feeling relaxed, revived and rejuvenated.

Condo was clean, really well put together and an awesome location. Only scored a 9 out of 10, because like other reviews had mentioned the kitchen supplies were subpar. Only one roll of paper towels, no dish soap, no sponge, pots and pans were limited. Still an overall good experience.
