A wrap-around sofa and stylish, mid-century modern accent chair invite guests to relax after a day on the mountain or catch a movie on the large-screen TV. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen makes it easy to add homemade snacks or even craft a gourmet dinner.
A hardwood, country-style dining table seats up to 8 guests, with two additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar. French doors from the dining area to a private patio with lounge seating, and a BBQ grill to enjoy outdoor cooking on blue-bird days or summer evenings.
This main level also features the primary suite, styled in chic, minimalist decor with plush linens and a cozy, knit throw across the king-sized bed. This room has an en-suite bath, flat-screen TV and picture window overlooking the tree-lined grounds outside.
The elegant guest primary, located on the lower level, features a king-sized bed, fur accent throws and a large-screen TV. This room also has an en-suite bath and sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, with views of the Sherwin Mountains.
The third bedroom, also located on the lower level, has a twin-over-queen Captain’s bunk bed and flat-screen TV. A full bath in the hall and private washer and dryer add convenience.
From the conveniently situated Snowcreek development, Eagle Lodge is less than 10 minutes away for skiing and snowboarding, while restaurants, nightlife and family-friendly entertainment in downtown Mammoth is about 5 minutes away. A one-car private garage with room for one more car in the driveway makes it easy to explore the surrounding area, which includes the Snowcreek Golf Course, Devil’s Postpile National Monument, and multiple hiking and biking trailheads.

Information was provided in a timely manner and without need to reach out to the host. The location was clean and comfortable. We were provided with basic supplies to get our stay started. We were able to just enjoy our trip and not worry about not having something.

Beautiful townhouse with an extremely beautiful backyard view of the mountains. Check in and out instructions were easy and clear. Managment company was responsive and helpful. Not sure if I didn't clearly read the amenities listed in the kitchen but would of thought there would of at least been a sponge and small dish soap provided. Other than that, my family had a great time and made some wondeful memories that will last a lifetime. We even got to see a momma bear with her cub walk right past our balcony on Saturday. We would definitely love to come back and stay here next year for our annual family Mammoth trip!!

This location and unit in Mammoth was very nice. We've stayed in this area of Mammoth before and enjoy the open areas right outside the development for roaming around and sledding. This specific condo was very clean and nicely designed. And it had gorgeous views of the mountains and a sledding hill right out back. There were nice amenities when we arrived and all of the features were very easy to use (including climate control adjustment). It was a perfect setup for our group.
The only downside was the corporate property management approach the owner chose for overseeing the property. The pre-arrival emails with a laundry list of details were nice on the surface, but simple questions about check-in were at first punted by NR corporate headquarters to the local NR Mammoth team. Those same questions then went repeatedly unanswered by the local NR office. Upon check-in, there was a friendly corporate automated text message that arrived from the local office offering assistance if any issues or questions arose. That seemed convenient for when a mouse scurried from under the bed in the master bedroom into one of the owner's closets. But after texting local NR back to give them a head's up on the mouse situation, naturally they stuck to the script and never responded. Overly automated customer service at its finest.
Overall, great property and location. Bummer on the owner's choice of a rep.

Location is great! It connects old mammoth and all the lakes through old mammoth road. Place was very spacious and clean. Setup and design is nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy house with great location
We visited the house in November - in between the summer’s activities and the snow of winter, yet it was a great stay! From the big windows in the house we could sit and enjoy the breathtaking view and heat from the fire.
Even though we were a bit off season we had much to do in the diverse and beautiful nature in the area.
All in all a full recommendation! We will be back for sure.

This is a beautiful end unit and was big enough for our three families traveling together, we had a total of eight people. The unit itself is well furnished, bright and comfortable. The view is amazing and great hiking right outside your door. We also enjoyed the golf course and Skiing (yes, in July). This is truly a year around destination

Open and inviting
We just got back from spending 4 nights here. It's bright and welcoming. The views are amazing, there are hiking trails right out the back door. It is comfortable for up to 8 people. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of entertainment in the unit. We loved the location. Close to the Village, Lakes, and of course a great location for skiing. We will definitely be back

Extra cozy and comfy
I have stayed at this place a few times now and can tell you without a doubt that it is super cozy and comfortable and exceptionally clean. A perfect place for 2 families to spend time enjoying the slopes or if you like to hike, there are great trails steps outside the back door. The scenery is spectacular off the back patio.
