Villa de los Pinos 42, aka "Knotty & Nice Mammoth", is a beautifully decorated, designer remodeled, family friendly two-story townhouse, replete with 2-bedrooms and 2 full-baths. Conveniently located in the center of Mammoth Lakes, guests can enjoy easy access to shopping dining, and entertainment, as well as the free shuttle—which stops right outside your door! The bright open-plan living area is located on the second floor. The kitchen features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two, and plenty of counterspace. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table adjacent to the kitchen or outside on the deck replete with outdoor furniture, gas grill, and lovely views. *Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning. The dining room flows into the comfortable living room, which features a plush sectional sofa and loveseat, a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV, and a cozy wood burning stove. There is also a full bathroom on this floor and a charming reading nook around the corner from the living room—an ideal spot for children. At the end of a busy day exploring Mammoth, guests can get some rest in one of two bedrooms located on the first floor. The primary suite has a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and access to a patio with outdoor seating. The second bedroom features two twin beds, an additional rollaway twin bed, and access to the same patio. There is a shared full bath on this floor. A nicely landscaped courtyard area can be found at the center of the complex, providing space to relax for you and room to run for the kids! Villa de los Pinos has so much to offer including a pool, spa, sauna, tennis and volleyball courts. For your convenience, Villa de los Pinos 42 can accommodate 2 cars in designated outdoor parking spots. The condo is also equipped with a washer and dryer. We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0117 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. The kitchen and bath items each packaged in a small tote was a nice touch. Excellent attention to detail.

    Good stay with friends while visiting Mammoth Mountain for a snowboarding trip. Home was in a great location with easy access to the free red line shuttle bus to the mountain (the shuttle stop is literally right in front of the townhome) so we never drove to the slopes. The public bus system was really convenient in Mammoth, and even though we had a car, it stayed parked most of the time in front of the unit. We had everything needed for our weekend away and we appreciated the amenities, including the BBQ grill and laundry machine. The home was older and dated but suited us for our short stay and was clean and comfortable. Other reviews mentioned temperature issues, which we found out was probably due to the dated structure. The new thermostats installed were too close to the vents so the heat turned off before the rest of the room warmed up. We worked around it by using the fireplace upstairs and used the downstairs foyer wall heater to warm up the space. Overall, good stay.
