This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the largest floorplan available at 1150 square feet and sits on the third floor of the beautiful Lincoln House in the heart of the Village and offers spectacular views of the Sherwin Mountains.
The family room has a new comfortable sectional sofa and leather recliner, with available seating for 6 people. A 55" smart HDTV with free cable access. The sofa opens to become an additional queen bed.
The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, with a Keurig coffee maker and Viking & All-Clad cooking ware. Next to the dining room that seats 6 large chairs as well as 4 bar stools for extra seating.
The condo offers plenty of room to relax, watch TV and enjoy FREE Wi-Fi, and an electric fireplace. It has a balcony with a Panoramic view of The Village Plaza and the mountains. Once you arrive and unload you will be relaxing in your home, brewing your coffee, and cooking meals with your family.

Great place at the Village Lodge. We have stayed at the Village before and everything was run by the front desk. But found out at this time that some of the units r managed by a different company. little confusing but very smooth and great people! The space needs a little outdated and in need of repair, but still a great place and location!

Hi All,
This is a great condo with lots of space - doesn't feel cramped at all. The location is wonderful. So close to the gondola and shops and restaurants. Very comfy furniture.
Be aware that when we went - the bedrooms only had little nightstands to put clothes away in, and when you are brining bulky winter/ski clothes - it wasn't enough room for us.

Perfect Condo!
My husband, son and I just spent 4 nights/5 days at this condo located at Mammoth Mountain Village. It was absolutely perfect! Excellent location, nicely furnished, clean, and very comfortable. The location, walking steps to the gondola, makes getting to the mountain super quick. The ski lockers located in the building makes coming back after a day of skiing so easy. The parking garage is super helpful. Being in the Village is very nice for quick access to restaurants, Starbucks, mini-market, etc. We have stayed at several places within Mammoth Mountain, but this one tops the list. We will be back to stay!

Really sleeps four
We are a family of six. That is why we rented this unit.
The fold out sofa was unusable.
It folded out but the mattress and frame system were awful. Impossible to sleep on.
The cot provided was rock like and also unusable.
Also silverware was lacking in quantity.
This is a roomy unit in an excellent location
With a few improvements I would rate it 5 stars

Great apartment with the best location!
We stayed here for 4 nights in March, 2018 - and I believe this condo has the best location. Literally 2 minutes from the gondola, the condo is right by the lift, no long walking required. I personally find the "key bank" a little complicated, especially if someone doesn't have a car and the internet wasn't working, probably due to the snow storm. Regardless the next time we'll be back to Mammoth, this condo will be my first choice to rent! Thank you

Spacious Condo
We've visited this condo three times over the last 5 years. We love the spaciousness for the 4 of us (mom, dad and 2 kids) and the close proximity to all Mammoth activities. The condo has just about everything we need.

Great Location, nice size condo for family
We stayed in this unit in the Summer of 2016 and really enjoyed our stay so we booked again. Would recommend it for a family of four.

Great Location; Spacious
We had a lovely spring skiing trip at this property. It is EXTREMELY convenient. Steps away from Gondola and underground parking - all kinds of restaurants right there too. We are a family of 6 and the unit is spacious and accommodated us very well - we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The unit had plenty of towels, pillows and blankets - and the beds were good (not great) but we weren't uncomfortable either. The kitchen is where I would say some easy things could be done to bring up to speed -- amenities need to be restocked - not enough glasses, coffee mugs, etc. There weren't basic items like a pizza cutter, pizza pan, etc. The utensil drawer came off its skids and was unworkable but building maintenance came quickly (weren't able to fix due to part needed to order). 2 of the 4 burners were not working (again maintenance came very quickly but not all burners repaired). Finally - there is no way to cool the unit. The windows are "picture windows" and don't open. the unit would get warm and the only way to cool it is was to prop door to balcony open with a chair - and then would quickly get too cold - hard to control the temp as you might imagine with this technique. That said I don't want to overstate the critique as we really did enjoy the unit and offer these suggestions above in the kitchen (and temp but not sure what to do there?) as easy things to fix. OH yeah - we also did not know a parking pass was needed -- and there was no parking pass in our unit? The building put a notice on our car and no problem for us but they do threaten to "boot" your car without one?
