This lovely home is located in the desirable Bitterroot neighborhood, situated between Ketchum and Sun Valley. It is only a four minute walk to downtown restaurants, bars and shopping by taking the neighborhood bridge across Trail Creek. Appointed with contemporary furnishings and a modern kitchen, it is ideal for family gatherings and entertaining. It is the perfect combination, providing a quiet mountain retreat with easy access to both downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Lodge.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The primary has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath.
The kitchen is equipped with top of the line, new appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV, foosball table and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage. Ping pong table also located in the garage.

The staff are amazing and helped us when a package unexpectedly arrived prior to our arrival. The house was stunning and had zen music playing as we entered the house.
