The rental was new, clean and in great shape. It was stocked for a mountain family vacation from the kitchen to all the goodies in the garage (including bikes, fishing reels, and things that would be fun in winter). Also beautifully decorated. When we had an issue the NR team got back to us very quickly to resolve it.
