DETAILS: Kings Crown 103 is a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom Park City condo with effortless ski-in/ski-out access, a private hot tub, in-home elevator, and postcard-worthy views of the mountains from a spacious private deck with a firepit. This 3-story condo sleeps 10 in luxurious comfort.
Guests enjoy garage parking and entry to Kings Crown 103 through a hallway with space to stow coats and gear. Guests may take a private elevator or the stairs to the upper floors. A nook on the staircase landing holds a dining table that seats 6-8 guests on bench seating.
An open living, dining, and kitchen area on the second floor is decorated in pale shades of gray, light maple, and ivory, echoing the colors of the mountain peaks seen through a series of large picture windows in the living area. An open chef’s kitchen offers premium appliances, including a double gas range and a warming tray, as well as a dine-in island that seats 5. The picturesque living area has a cozy gas fireplace and TV surrounded by sofas and armchairs that enjoy views of the mountain peaks. Retire after a long day to either of the 2 guest bedrooms on this floor, both with king beds, with one boasting a private balcony with beautiful views.
An inviting primary bedroom on the third floor features a gas fireplace, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, and sliding glass doors that open to a private hot tub with striking views—the perfect spot to unwind after a day shredding the slopes. The house was amazing - it was a great size for our group, and was very clean and modern. The concierge service was also very helpful and responsive, and helped to coordinate airport transportation & a private chef.
