At the end of the floor, a spacious guest bedroom with 2 plush twin beds, a private bathroom, Smart TV, and sofa invites tranquil nights. Venture to the main level to find the connected living, dining, and kitchen spaces—all professionally designed and tied together with warm-toned wood trim. Colorful velvet couches in the living space offer comfy seating for lounging and watching the Smart TV. Don’t forget to turn on the gas fireplace for a toasty evening by the fire! When you stay at Obsidian 170 these luxury accommodations also include the use of a Semi-Private Shuttle that will transport you from Obsidian to Eagle Lodge or Village Gondola and back during ski season. The 2024/2025 ski season shuttle is contracted to run from mid December to early April, every day except Wednesdays, from 8am-10am and 3-4:30pm. Not all rentals in this community have opted into this shuttle service, so take advantage of the added benefit of renting this home during the winter season. Guests also have access to the shared Clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, and game room with pool table and arcade game.  Obsidian 170 offers outstanding comfort for all-season fun in Mammoth Lakes.     The home was new, updated, clean, and close to lifts. I appreciated the cleanliness of the home. The garage was helpful, which included a drying rack as well sleds to use. We enjoyed our stay. We would love to come back and hope it will stay clean and nice.

    Beautiful place. Nice area. It’s a new rental. They need to iron out a few minor details, but would definitely stay again. Only negative (aside from a fireplace that didn’t work) is that the management company texted me the first night asking if someone could come repair the fireplace the next day. I told them, yes just please notify me ahead of time as to what time they would come. They texted me “they’re outside” the following morning. And they just walked in and surprised my wife who was upstairs. The guy was nice about it. Apologized. But the management company should have communicated better before allowing them to just enter. Other than that—nice stay. Will stay again
