The home also features an electric fireplace for cooler evenings. Enjoy cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, with its island for food prep along with a collection of various cooking spices, and dine together at the eight-person table with additional seating found in the kitchen. For your convenience, the kitchen comes replete with aluminum foil, detergent, and other kitchen basics. There is also a gas grill for use, as well as a ping pong table. Head to the porch to relax, settle in a lounge chair, and just the wooded seclusion. There is also a screened-in porch and a large patio for you to enjoy the great outdoors. The sound is only 200-yards away, and the spacious lawn offers plenty of room to play games or for the kids or dogs to run around. Spend the evenings or any rainy days playing ping-pong in the garage. The garage is also equipped with an electric car charger. The waterfront in Coffin Point is a fantastic place to fish and kayak. While the beach is not ideal for swimming due to oyster beds, it is a great walking beach, building sand castles, watching tiny crabs scurry away, and sun bathing. You can spend many hours enjoying nature and peaceful quiet; seeing maybe a handful of people all day. You can head to Hunting Island State Park, five miles away to swim at one of the best beaches in the area with a car pass that is included.
