DETAILS: Beach Belle is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Seagrove Beach house that sleeps 12. Tucked at the back of Greenway Park, its quiet neighborhood borders Point Washington State Forest and has a seasonal community pool. Guests will love this home’s peaceful setting and nearby beach access less than a mile away!
Step inside this bright 2-story home to discover hardwood floors and a tranquil open living space. Recline on the cushy sofa in front of the 65” TV and enjoy a movie night with friends and family. The pristine kitchen includes high-end Kenmore appliances with a 3-person breakfast bar and additional seating at the 8-person dining table. Outside, the wooded setting provides privacy for the 3 separate porches. Fire up the grill, relax on one of the 2 porch swings, and bask in the Florida sun. The guest bedroom on this floor is adjacent to the laundry room and has a king bed and a private bathroom. The queen sleeper sofa in the living area is perfect for last-minute guests.
Guests can find the remaining bedrooms on the second floor. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom, and balcony. There is also a bunk room with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, as well as a guest bedroom with a queen bed. Across the hall is a bunk nook with 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds. All the bedrooms come equipped with flat-screen TVs!

The closest beach access is the Eastern Lake Beach Access, about a 12-minute walk away. Head south on Hiker Street to Trail Lane, then turn left. Turn right onto Greenway Park Avenue. Follow this down to County Highway 30A. Take a right and then a left onto May Drive. Continue to Eastern Lake Road. e really enjoyed our time at the 'Beach Belle'. The house was lovely and located in a peaceful neighborhood. It was a beautiful, clean home with high ceilings and many outdoor porch options. The golf cart was a fantastic addition to our stay. It was very helpful for getting around town and it was also fun to take for a ride.

Not sure why this home lacks reviews! I was hesitant to book for that reason but my family and I had a wonderful week and experience. The home perfectly accommodated our family of 12. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. We had a minor WiFi issue but they were quick to resolve and respond. Having a golf cart is a must in 30A so that was a big plus. Location was great, just a 5 minute walk to the shopping center around the corner for coffee, shopping & a few different restaurant options. Thank you for an amazing week at Beach Belle!
