DETAILS: This expansive and immaculate Seagrove Beach home offers accommodations for 26 guests, a heated pool, outdoor kitchen, an observation deck, and is only steps from the beach!
Guests will enjoy the first-floor game room, which offers a wet bar, refrigerator, and built-in speakers. Glass doors lead to the beautiful outdoor oasis featuring an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill, refrigerator, and flat-screen television. This home has a gorgeous private pool, perfect for splashing around in the sunshine. Inside, the 2 first floor king guest rooms each offer private bathrooms. The bunk room is a great option for the younger guests, with one queen-over-queen bunk bed and two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a private bathroom.
The second floor boasts the main living space, accentuated with high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and an open-concept floor plan. This space is impeccably designed and has lots of natural light. Cooking enthusiasts will love the chef's kitchen, which is perfectly equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The adjacent dining space allows for ample seating.
In the adjoining living room, guests can unwind or relive favorite memories from the day while relaxing. The second floor also features a spacious primary bedroom with king bed and private bath with separate shower and large soaker tub.
On the third floor are four additional guest bedrooms and a bunk area. The first and second rooms, each feature king beds and private bathrooms. An additional king bed primary bedroom offers a beautiful private bathroom with shower and separate jetted tub. The final private bedroom on this floor features a king bed and a shared bathroom. We absolutely loved this house! It was equipped with all of the essentials and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel like home. We had 10 adults and 15 grandkids and everyone had a place to sleep and plenty of bathrooms. The location is close to the beach and a quick golf cart ride to seaside shops/restaurants.

"St. Charles" is a truly magical beach house in Seagrove! Everything is as perfect in real life as it appears online. We had a group of 17 staying at the St Charles property for a long weekend for my bachelorette weekend and the house was the best part of the trip!! It fit everyone so comfortably, had so many amenities, was super close to downtown seaside and the beach, and the outdoor space and game room were awesome. The house was super clean when we arrived and decorated beautifully - I wish I could have moved in! :) In addition to the house, the staff with 360 Blue were incredible. They were super nice and had great communication with us both before and during out stay! We will definitely be using them again for vacation rentals in the area!

We had a wonderful vacation week except for all the rain! The home was beautifully decorated and spacious for everyone to find their own quiet spot if they wanted too. The kitchen was so well equipped with plenty of glasses,dishes, and appliances. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and fun to cook while the kids all swam. The top outdoor deck gave a beautiful view of the Gulf and the surrounding area of Seaside and beautiful homes. The location was perfect for a 5 minute walk to the beach, or a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Seaside Circle. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home next summer.

Everything was nice and comfortable, few items to note; we had no internet for 3/4 days of our stay. Also, would suggest if getting a cleaning during the stay to do the complete clean, not the any of the others, waste of money if you choose the partial ones. We had an amazing week staying at St. Charles. The home is just over the top and very accommodating! We had everything we needed and what we didn't we could get very close by. It was clean and neat and super close to the beach. Hope was our VIP person and she made the week completely stress free and spectacular. The house is beautiful and the location to the beach is wonderful. The concierge service was nice to have and Hope was very responsive. There were a couple of issues with the pool heater and the golf cart and minor repairs in the house. They had people out to fix things immediately. The beds were very comfortable but I was glad i brought my own pillow. Everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is a dream and well stocked with dishes and cookware. We would definitely come back.

The house was more impressive in person. It was beautiful, spacious and very clean. We had 21 people on a family vacation and loved the location both for the beach and going to Seaside. The management team was very responsive when we had some minor issues with the plumbing. Having a golf cart was very nice and it got a lot of use. My only complaint was the beach chair service. The attendants were not always there and we had to call and wait a long time to get our chairs set up. Also, 2 chairs included for a house with this price point and the number of people the house holds is not very useful. I notice other houses like this include more beach chairs with the house.

Our stay was during a tropical storm that decided to make its way across the gulf. As luck would have it, we were staying in this beautiful home that enabled us to enjoy luxury while \"stuck\" inside for 4 days. The kitchen is crazy beautiful so we often gathered around the huge table working a puzzle, eating meals and having family talks. The rest of the week was sunny and gorgeous! The area is perfect for golf cart rides and shopping!!! Hope was an amazing representative of 360 Blue. Her quick responses blew me away anytime we had a question etc. As a family, we have vacationed in this area 27 times and we've never received such great \"service\" from a representative! Thanks 360Blue (and the home owners) for such a great stay. (we'd love to stay next year as well but the price change is just too much - bummer)

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay on 30A, you have found it. This one is a "No-Brainer." The photos do not lie. This house is absolutely fantastic and beautiful. It is extremely well-built, and the attention to detail is palpable. The architectural design is impeccable. It sleeps a bunch people in extremely comfortable beds with TVs everywhere, there's a game room that leads to the patio, grill and pool area. It has an elevator for those less mobile to easily reach the 3rd floor or for convenience to avoid the stairs. There is roof-top patio/seating area up a spiral staircase to what would be four floors up offering a phenomenal view of the beach, emerald water and sunsets. It is also is in a perfect location, a stone's throw away from Seaside, but off the beaten path enough to be away from the hustle and bustle; it is only a short drive to groceries, booze and other necessities. Absolutely loved St Charles. We had 6 families wit a total of 21 guests with tons of daily visitors and never felt crowded. Top notch interior finishes and the commercial ice maker is a great added benefit for big groups. Location is also perfect for kids to get to beach and to Seaside quickly.

What a beautiful house! Only thing missing were beach towels and toys for the beach. Cart was awesome! The little ones loved riding it! 360 Blue is one of the best management services on 30-A.

The house was AMAZING and easily accommodated 5 Families (11 Adults & 4 kids) with plenty of room for everyone. The finishes were wonderful and we loved the pool, outdoor kitchen, & easy access to the beach. 360 Blue was amazing and very responsive to anything we needed and we can't wait to come back next year.

This house is absolutely breathtaking. It is very spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The walk to the beach is short and convenient, and the heated pool is perfect for days that might be on the chillier side. The provided golf cart made going to the near by grocery store and seaside town square convenient. We will definitely want to stay here again for years to come.

The house was amazing!!! The decor was beautiful, great layout, plenty of room for everyone! Our group had 6 couples and nine children. We never felt cramped and enjoyed our entire stay. The location is great as well. Easy access to the beach, short walk to Seaside shops and restaurants, right off 30A. Highly recommend!!!

This home is what dreams are made of! I hesitate to even write a review because I'm not sure I can do it justice. Beautiful design, attention to detail and impeccably clean! We were completely spoiled by this house and don't ever want to stay anywhere else! We had a large group and everyone had their own space and privacy. Looking to go back with our family in the fall, if it isn't already booked up! Oh and one of my favorite things was that the walk to the beach was so short! Easy to do with kids/babies!

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving week with our big family of 7 couples and 6 children of all ages. So much room to spread out (or hide!). Kitchen was well equipped and the house couldn't have been better. Would definitely recommend it to all!

Beautiful house. Absolutely loved it. Would definitely stay there again and again. My only complaint was not enough hooks in the bathrooms for towels and wet bathing suits. But the house was absolutely stunning and fit our very large group of six families.
