Rented for truly family vacation, grandma, adults, adult children and younger children 7 and 8. So wide range of ages. Pool was great and the pool area and hot tub was relaxing and clean and spacious. Nice outdoor furniture. Outdoor area was clean and private. Grill worked well. Home was nice and big. Plenty of room. Large sitting rooms and kitchen. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Would have been nice to have spices and such, like many other places, but not a big deal. Recommend more serving dishes. Cleanliness of the home was above average. Only real downsides were that the beds were not especially comfortable and VERY creaky. Also, the home was vacant and some family made it in town during the late morning but could not accommodate early check in. I guess early check in should not be an expectation, but when you are paying $8500 for 5 nights and the home is vacant, a few extra hours doesn't seem unreasonable. Overall, we'd rent again, but it may be price prohibitive.
