Hop on the free city bus to hit the slopes of Mammoth Mountain, a 30-minute ride, or take advantage of on-site parking to reach the Village at Mammoth in less than 10 minutes. The restaurants, shops and entertainment of downtown Mammoth are a 4-minute drive.
Inside the split-level home, you’ll find lodge-style decor with built-in bookshelves, log furniture, and a river rock fireplace.
In the open-concept living area, located on the upper level, a sectional sofa offers plenty of room for guests to enjoy the large-screen SmartTV and gas fireplace. Settle in for a movie after the day on the mountain, or take advantage of cable to watch the big game. On blue-bird afternoons, step onto the furnished balcony to enjoy sweeping mountain and resort views -- or if you’re feeling ambitious, fire up the gas grill.
A formal dining table seats up to 6 guests for sit-down dinners, with 3 stools at the breakfast bar for larger groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to feel at home, including a coffee maker for motivation to catch first tracks.

Great location in Snowcreek complex with good views and just across the street from a trail that leads to the Mammoth Rock trail. The condo was well-stocked, clean, and with a great open layout as shown in the photos. Perfect for our family of 5 - grandparents, parents, and grandchild.

The condo was well appointed with regard to the kitchen and bath. I would suggest a few minor tweaks...
A larger coffee maker (there were four adults and a five cup coffee maker)
Clean out the lint trap in the dryer (the outer screen was clean, but it was obvious that the inner works needed to be cleaned out due to the time it took to dry a small load)
Please stock with oven mitts
The kitchen trash can would NOT open, the mechanism was faulty. I would replace.

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights in late July of 2024. The location is in a very well kept, quiet, and slightly remote housing tract with stunning views of the nearby mountains. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen easy to work in, the living room relaxing, and the washer/dryer very convenient. We spent our time hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, biking, and watching the Summer Olympics. If you’re visiting in the summer be sure to check out the Lake Mary area, especially Lake George. We highly recommend Black Tie Rentals for your electric bike, kayaking, or paddle board needs. There is so much to do in Mammoth and we can’t wait to come back!
