This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the largest floorplan available at 1150 square feet and sits on the third floor of the beautiful Lincoln House in the heart of the Village and offers spectacular views of the Sherwin Mountains. The family room has a new comfortable sectional sofa and leather recliner, with available seating for 6 people. A 55" smart HDTV with free cable access. The sofa opens to become an additional queen bed. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, with a Keurig coffee maker and Viking & All-Clad cooking ware. Next to the dining room that seats 6 large chairs as well as 4 bar stools for extra seating. The condo offers plenty of room to relax, watch TV and enjoy FREE Wi-Fi, and an electric fireplace. It has a balcony with a Panoramic view of The Village Plaza and the mountains. Once you arrive and unload you will be relaxing in your home, brewing your coffee, and cooking meals with your family. Primary Room California King Bed This suite includes a 55" Smart HDTV also with free cable access. Attached is an en-suite bathroom with a newly remodeled luxury shower. Bedroom #2 Queen Bed This room also has a 55" Smart HDTV with free cable and a full bath attached. As a guest of the Village, you will also enjoy free underground parking, a year-round heated pool, hot tub, and free use of ski lockers. No need to schlep luggage down the hallway as this home is located just steps from the elevator. There is also private access to level electric car charging stations. The Village at Mammoth was designed to be a vibrant, exciting place to stay, meaning that guests can expect to have a certain level of activity, especially during weekends up to 10pm. From any of lodges in the Village at Mammoth, guests have access to the shops and restaurants that the Village boasts throughout the open air plaza, which is within walking distance. Many of the restaurants have outdoor seating areas year-round, allowing a wonderful opportunity for people watching. Scattered throughout The Village are fire pits for warmth and atmosphere. This active haven makes Mammoth Lakes a hotspot for bustling year-round activity. Please note : Parking is limited and the Village only allows 1 parking pass per condo, regardless of the size. The Village will not make any exceptions. The parking garage for this complex can accommodate vehicles 8'6" or smaller. *We are licensed under Business Tax Certificate #7648.0012 with The Town of Mammoth Lakes and we are required to collect Transient Occupancy Tax.

    Off all the places we have stayed in Mammoth including at least 5 different condos in the Village, this unit topped them all! Literally steps from the gondola and everything inside the unit was designed for comfort and convenience! We found our place in Mammoth hereon.

    Great place at the Village Lodge. We have stayed at the Village before and everything was run by the front desk. But found out at this time that some of the units r managed by a different company. little confusing but very smooth and great people! The space needs a little outdated and in need of repair, but still a great place and location!

    Hi All, This is a great condo with lots of space - doesn't feel cramped at all. The location is wonderful. So close to the gondola and shops and restaurants. Very comfy furniture. Be aware that when we went - the bedrooms only had little nightstands to put clothes away in, and when you are brining bulky winter/ski clothes - it wasn't enough room for us.
