Located in Sun Valley, this 1,297 square foot condo will please guests with all its attention to detail. The main level, with beautiful slate tile flooring, has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, bar seating for six and opens to a comfortable living room with a river rock fireplace and flat screen television/entertainment center. A full bathroom and lovely deck with furnishings complete the main level. Upstairs is a full bathroom and two bedrooms with queen size beds. The primary also has a flat screen television/entertainment center. No garage with this unit. All parking in in the main lot first come first serve. No gas or charcoal BBQ' are allowed at this unit.
Separate from each other but situated side by side Villager 1220 and Villager 1218 can be booked together for extended families looking to stay close.
Sun Valley Amenities offers access to the Sun Valley Inn Pool and Olympic Pool during the summer and the Inn Pool in the winter.
