All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: Located in the Crossing II District, this custom built four bedroom is in the most private portion of WaterColor with easy access to WaterColor Crossings and Publix. This home has luxury features such as beautiful white oak flooring, a stylish granite kitchen counter top. It's just a short bike ride or drive to the beaches, pools, dining or shopping. A stay in this accommodation will give you the best value and access to all the great amenities at WaterColor.
This is a beautifully appointed, bright, comfortable, four-bedroom home bordered on three sides by a nature sanctuary. The living, dining, and kitchen area is located on the first floor. The open design is perfect for family time and entertainment. Also located on the first floor is a separate bathroom with a shower and single vanity, as well as the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and connecting bath. The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second floor of this beautiful home. Two bedrooms feature a king-size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. All of the bathrooms have attached, full baths and are equipped with flat panel TV's. From the second floor, walk up the stairs to the tower cupola with a good book, and enjoy fabulous views and your favorite drink. The tower has a comfortable sleeper sofa and can serve as an additional sleeping area for guests.

Please note: Per HOA Policy, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one golf cart per home. Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.

Resting Beach Space is a beautiful home nestled into a quiet corner of WaterColor. It’s located very close to Publix and a short bike ride to a small pool that was rarely busy. It’s also a short scenic bike ride to Camp WaterColor. The home was comfortable and beautiful, with details that were appreciated. For example, a few throw blankets for couch snuggles, night lights to help provide comfort at night for the littles, a laundry basket to collect clothes to wash in the the brand new machines, porch swing to enjoy the quiet paradise, and the cupola was a special little retreat. They provided anything you may need for cooking, pantry staples to get you started and nice cookware to use. The golf cart was great for joy rides and getting around. We had a blast and plan to return to WaterColor and use 360 Blue for the luxury accommodations again.

The house was amazing and exactly as advertised. The homeowners alongside their partners at 360Blue really missed no details and provided a wonderful and cozy place for me and family over our week in 30A. We have already booked our stay in this house again for next summer!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for our family and in the perfect location. It was a quick (and fun) golf cart ride to all amenities. We loved the quiet of the location. It was also a quick walk to a grocery store so we could run over anytime we needed. We can’t wait to be back.
