This 2-story condo, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can host up to 6 guests. Community amenities include summer only pool, tennis and pickleball courts and a hot tub in the winter. After a day on the ski trails, guests will love gathering with friends and family by the gas fireplace.
On the main level, soaring ceilings and an exposed brick fireplace combine with a soft couch, an armchair, ottoman, 70” TV, and DVD player to create an inviting living area for relaxing with the group. The cottage-inspired kitchen has everything guests need to prepare hearty meals that fuel tomorrow’s adventures. Split a bottle of wine over a delicious dinner at the 6-person dining table. A beautiful guest bedroom with 2 twin beds and a private bathroom completes the level.
More cozy sleeping accommodations are located on the second floor with a lovely guest bedroom that boasts a queen bed, private bathroom, and a TV. There is an open loft area features a queen bed beneath a beamed ceiling also with a bathroom.
Prospector 205 offers convenience and comfort for a charmed and memorable Ketchum vacation. There’s on-site parking for 2 vehicle, and a free town shuttle offers transportation around the Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Elkhorn areas. The nearest ski lift is located at Warm Springs Day Lodge. Book today!

What a great place. Very close to Warm Springs lodge. Being able to walk to lifts was great.
House was perfect for skiing and probably anything else you’d want to do in the area. Very clean when we checked in the house. The folks at Natural Retreats in the are were extremely helpful. Bus stop right outside the door very convenient to get downtown.

It took a little doing to find the place at first (make sure to take Skiway nearly to the Do Not Enter signs, and then turn left into the complex - G maps will lead you astray, and the owner’s instructions weren’t quite clear enough until I got in touch with the property manager). But once we found the building and got into the unit, it was just what we were looking for. Plenty of space for the four of us, good amenities, and easy walking distance to the Warm Springs lifts (even in ski boots).
