In the living area, a wraparound sofa and armchairs face a 70” Roku TV and open to the front screened porch. A Shaker-style dining table with bench seating divides the living area from the kitchen. Open shelves house colorful plates and bowls, and butcher block countertops repeat the warmth of the original hardwood floors. A gas range is built into the kitchen island. A door off the kitchen opens to an outdoor courtyard with a lovely plunge pool, attached sitting spa, and chaise lounge chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor table are tucked out of the way. Guests will enjoy being within a quick walk of shops and restaurants. To gain access to the beach, guests can follow the neighborhood road straight to a beach access.
