This ski-in ski-out community offers direct access to Park City Mountain Resort via the on-site Silver Star ski lift. The complimentary Park City bus service makes it easy to reach the base at Park City Mountain Resort for ski school. Guests can also take advantage of Resorts West's complimentary shuttle service based on availability. Each 3-bedroom Park City condo features a gourmet kitchen, en-suite baths and Satellite TV. Guests of Silver Star enjoy access to a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, on-site front desk and concierge staff, ski rental shop, on-site cafe, lift ticket window and heated underground parking. Main Street Park City is only a 5 minute drive away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hotels are less hassle! This condo had so many maintenance issues that have been neglected, all the appliances are in disrepair. Viking stove top difficult to light and does not work when the oven is turned on. We learned this the hard way when we tried to bake rolls, while we were cooking and the stove top shut off, but gas was still on. Very dangerous. No ski in/ski out access, we were told by resort employees that the lifts near our resort are never operating before January and that many people are mislead, so they will pay peak prices for condos for non-peak services. We waited for the shuttle 30 to 40 minutes every time. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes, the washing machine broke, the heat was barely functioning, and we ran out of hot water after 1 shower, in a 3 bath house. The residents above us were so noisy and woke us up, when I called concierge I was told that they had to find a number to call them, but they weren’t sure they could find it. They told me if the noise continues call the police. When I called concierge to tell them that housekeeping had not come and it was 3:00pm, they told me to call back at 4:00 that they are very busy and hung up abruptly. The housekeeping staff forgot to empty trash and and never left enough towels and spoke no English. All in all this vacation was terrible due to the unprofessional staff and third world accommodations. The lack of hot water, broken appliances, space heaters, and no sleep.
